At 16.20 on Sept 29, 2026 I watched a van belonging to this company nearly hit a pedestrian who was crossing the road on a scooter. The van was driving on Hinkler Road in Southampton and turned left abruptly without signally. The scooter was already crossing the road (Holcroft Road). The van did not break or stop and missed the scooter by inches. The driver just carried on. If your staff drives around heavily branded vans, I would expect that they have some training into how not to be an a****** and not mow down people who are merely crossing the road. Utterly disgusted by what I witnessed today. Will not be doing business with this company. Happy to provide the license plate if you contact me. Please tell your people to do better in the community, the people you hire represent your brand.

I have a claim, I have 10 Years of proof of being treated for rashes by my Dermatologist at the VA. However, you don’t use those files. You have a Nurse Practitioner to say there is no issue. So, your Nurse Practitioner knows more than my Dermatologist who has been treating me for the last 10 years? I am only now able to file a claim because of the PAC ACT which makes my rashes presumptive. But your Nurse Practitioner knows more? It’s a disgrace!!! Enjoy your kick back for denying me!!! I booked an engineer visit specifically to get accurate measurements for a replacement hob. The engineer took measurements of 37cm × 48.5cm and these were reported to me and to the retailer (Glotech) as the hob dimensions. A week later, VES admitted this was wrong: the 37 × 48.5cm figures were actually the worktop cut-out opening, not the hob itself. To correct it, they didn't send an engineer back to measure the hob properly — they simply looked up the model number online and gave me the manufacturer's generic spec dimensions (380 × 520mm overall, 340 × 490mm cut-out). When I pointed out that this still didn't tell me what I actually needed — the real dimensions of the opening, measured from the top, so I could order a hob that would actually fit — VES refused a refund. Their position was that measuring the opening "from the top" or inspecting it properly would be a "different service" not covered by the booking, despite this being the entire point of the visit. The result: the visit produced numbers I couldn't rely on, VES will not accept any responsibility for the incomplete job, and I had to pay a second engineer out of my own pocket to get proper measurements so I could order a replacement hob. If you need accurate measurements for a hob or appliance replacement, be aware VES may not actually measure the item in question, and will use technicalities to avoid a refund when this comes to light.

Garbage. VES scheduled two C&P exams and sent verification last Thursday. The next day — Friday — I called and told them I'd be out of town the 17th through the 24th and couldn't make those dates. The rep confirmed, filed it, and resubmitted my scheduling request. Monday evening, two new appointment emails arrived — scheduled squarely inside the window I had already told them I was unavailable. When I called, I learned both exams will be bounced back to the VA, with VES claiming I "cancelled." I did not cancel. I gave them my availability one day after their first contact. They then told me their process includes a call to confirm availability. I never received that call, not for the original scheduling, not for the reschedule, not once. So a delay to my disability claim is being blamed on a cancellation that never happened and a phone call that was never made. Veterans: document every contact, get names and confirmation numbers, and put your availability in writing through the portal. VES will not catch their own errors, and they will hand you the blame for them.

Working here completely ruined my eye health. With tons of air vents just circulating air I developed dry eye disease and just after 6 months of working there I had to resign due to the irreversible damage to my eyes and no help from the company whatsoever other than making me come into the office after crying saying I needed to work from home due to the awful red and watery eyes I would get from just being in the building for less than an hour. I never had this condition before I worked there and now 4 years later I am suffering daily. Do not work there unless you want to develop dry eyes!! They don’t have normal air cons or heaters just air circulating(as apparently it’s better for the environment) biggest regret of my life.

By now everyone knows that VES is horrible. They take months before returning the DBQ and have all kinds of excuses. They schedule you at the last minute. Request another vendor from the VA. do not use VES. You can also upload a 4138 form requesting that the VA no longer use VES for your claims. For example they can use QTC or some other vendor but do not use VES. If all the veterans did this then VES would not get the contract

6 months after my claim had been reviewed and approved by the VA, i somehow was scheduled with yet another VES appointment. The Dr was working out of a chipractic clinic that had paper thin walls and spoke very loudly. I have no doubt that everyone in the clinic knew of my problems due to his poor bedside manner. He wouldn't accept my answers and kept trying to get me to answer questions in ways I didn't feel comfortable answering. He also couldnt understand why i didnt want to keep talking about my issues to yet another doctor, probably the 6th or 7th one that i've had to discuss these items with. Worse yet, he had never served and had no idea what I was talking about in most instances. And kept expressing the how he couldnt understand why, if i was having the issues while is was in why i wouldnt just take care of them then. How is someone who has never served going to advocate for me or anyone that has served? I got the feeling right away he was trying to disprove and downplay all of my claims and was definitely not trying to advocate for me like the VA says they will. It's all one big sham

I want to bring an organization to your attention named VES (Veterans Evaluation Services). They are contracted by the Veterans Administration to process medical evaluations for medical claims made by veterans. Unfortunately, I do not have to many good things to say about VES. I have completed my scheduled medical evaluations but VES still refuses to finish processing the medical findings. We are going past the 90 day mark at this point and no updates are provided and I am kept in the dark even after inquiring about the status of the request. Furthermore, this delays any medical treatment that I have requested through the VA. I am a man of principles that stands by many morals. This has been a common issue for many veterans including myself. I want to create awareness about this issue and work to prevent other veterans from experiencing this. Mainly, the VA also needs to take accountability with the companies they choose to have contracts with.
