Hadieh at VeryApt was my go-to throughout the entire apartment search process. She helped me search, visit, and finalize my apartment process in Chicago. It was nice to have one person be on top of all things involved with scheduling and logistics, and she had great insider insights to neighborhoods and other important aspects of the Chicago life. As a newcomer to the city, all these insights were very valuable!

Hadieh was amazing! She found me an apartment in less than a week that fit what I needed and I signed my lease soon after. Very communicative, helpful, and I will definitely recommend her to any of my friends looking to move to the area.

It was a pleasure to work with Hadieh, right from narrowing down options for apartments to signing the lease. She was proactive, responsive, and patiently answered all my questions with a very pleasant attitude. Even after her work was done, she was available to help me navigate through delays in lease approval and offer suggestions on how to proceed. I'd thought the process of finding a new apartment was going to be time-consuming and troublesome, but it was a breeze with her. I would 100% recommend working with her and she's going to be my go-to person if I move again in the future!

Working with Hadieh has been absolutely wonderful! She is extremely responsive through email, phone calls, and texts! I provided her all the specifications for a new place very early on and she helped ease my concerns and provided me with a variety of options. She was able to provide me with virtual tours and in person tours when needed and was always helpful throughout the entire process. I am very glad to have been recommended, worked with, and recommended Hadieh to others as she is truly incredible!

Had an amazing experience apartment hunting with Brooke. Even though I was hundreds of miles away, she made the process very seamless. I especially appreciated her willingness to help when I wasn't able to get in touch with the apartment management.

There aren't enough words to describe Hadieh's dedication to customer service and her outstanding industry knowledge! From the beginning, Hadieh was very communicative and focused on finding apartments that met our many requirements. She went above and beyond to layout numerous attractive luxury Chicago buildings within our price point. She guided us throughout the process, even helping us ask the right questions during our building tours, that we frankly wouldn't have known to ask! Even after we knew which apartment was "the one", Hadieh went above and beyond to help determine the best priced lease term to maximize our budget. Hadieh genuinely keeps her client's interest at the forefront of her work and is focused on making them happy no matter what it takes. Hadieh's great personality, organizational skills, and customer driven dedication really made the often daunting apartment selection process a breeze! We couldn't be more thrilled with our new apartment choice and we will definitely work with her again in the future!

We had a fantastic experience with Hadieh. My wife and I were looking for a rental home for our family (kids + dog), which required Hadieh venturing to more suburban areas of greater Evanston as we prioritized a house over apartments/condos in our search. She proved that she can do more than hunt for apartments! While we were across the country, she was able to get on site and provide detailed virtual tours for us, ultimately providing great comfort in where we would be moving our family. She was always very responsive and helpful in every way that we needed her. Would recommend to anyone!

All in all, from my experience, I’d highly recommend Brooke; I was rather astonished that I had simply picked up the phone and within seconds was connected with someone so experienced, competent, and obviously excellent at her work, especially in comparison to others with whom I had worked. I had previously contacted two different Chicago real estate rental agents through Craigslist. One was helpful & showed me several properties that weren’t quite right. The second agent (also through Craigslist) seemed over the phone to be extremely lethargic, and didn’t do a great job of listening to me. I was left with the impression that perhaps she wasn’t the best person to really do the creative sleuthing necessary to find me an uncommonly great apartment. Instead, thank goodness I decided to try a different agent, gave VeryApt a call and got Brooke! I’ve been living in this apartment for the last 6 months, and I’ve been loving it here just as much as I thought I would, if not moreso! Thank you Brooke!!
