Ashrit and the team at Veryapt made looking for a house in Philly very easy. They helped us through the process though we were not physically in the city and helped us sign the lease.

Makes apartment hunting much easier. the Yelp of apartment reviews.

In our search for a rental apartment in the center city Philadelphia, we used the veryApt site a lot. The site is an excellent example of a user centered site. It has a very easy navigation and up to the date information. Through this site we met Scott the cofounder of the site. Scott is a very helpful person, he could be a wonderful coach if he so chooses. He arranged to show us many places and offered his franc opinion. It helped us narrow our choices. Through his efforts we found a nice place. We would whole heartedly recommend this service

The VeryApt site was one of the more helpful sites I used in my apartment search. It made everything simple/easy to search and filter. Additionally the staff was very quick/responsive and made setting appointments up very easy.

I highly recommend using veryapt for your apartment search. First, the website is simple and easy to use. It provides apartment recommendations based off of criteria you enter at the beginning of your search, and takes into consideration a variety of information, from whether the apartment has hardwood floors to how far it is from work. Veryapt also makes it easy to schedule appointments. This was by far my favorite feature. They will schedule your appointments for you, and have someone take you around to all the showings. A lot of the places I wanted to see had no available rooms in my price range, and veryapt recommended other places that I hadn't thought to look and scheduled appointments for me in a short time frame. Without their help, I wouldn't have found the apartment that I'm living in. Definitely check them out if you're looking for an apartment!

Comprehensive and personalized search options to help you find the perfect apartment for your needs, complete with links to contact buildings for questions or tours. With only a couple days to find a place in an unfamiliar city I was able to quickly narrow down my options online. You're able to view photos, floorplans, amenities, price and all other important details online. The search presents you with buildings meeting your criteria of ease/time of travel to location of interest (ex: workplace), nearby perks (parks, restaurants, bus/subway/train), type of neighborhood, important amenities (ex: parking, modern kitchen). Furthermore, members of VeryApt sent me information regarding availabilities and offered advice regarding the apartment finding process going as far as helping me to schedule apartment visits. Thanks to their hard-working team I was able to make my 1 1/2 day visit efficient and found the perfect apartment among many great options within a single day. They even helped me follow-up and lock-down my apartment. I absolutely recommend VeryApt.

Extremely helpful! The website is easy to navigate, and VeryApt team is responsive and knowledgeable. The combination of the two made my apartment search efficient and stress-free.

Veryapt is a very informative website that gives accurate information if you are in the market for renting property. If you are unfamiliar with the areas you are seeking to live in this website can give you greater insight into various properties as well as the qualities or characteristics particular neighborhoods have to offer. All of that can lead to a perfect match between you and where you decide to live. If you are fortunate to contact Scott, a founder and officer of veryapt, or any of his associates they will also provide you with greater confidence in this very important decision. It made a very difficult situation into one that was resolved with confidence.
