VeryAptReviews of veryapt.com

I initially received low responses from the buildings which I wanted to visit. Veryapt helped me to narrow down my choices, to schedul the meetings, and most importantly insisted on scheduling in the one building I found my apartment. Thank you Andris and Veryapt for your great help. I'm very happy with my new home,

I cannot overstate how helpful VeryApt was for me in finding my apartment in Philadelphia. I was making my apartment search from abroad, and thought VeryApt was just going to be another apartment listing site like zillow or craigslist. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it that it had real people working for the site like Scott and Ashrit, who wanted me to find a great apartment. The site not only has reviews of buildings by tenants, complies all the information about the apartments to one page, but through the site you can also contact all the apartments' management. In addition to the great, user friendly site, there was personal help. Ashrit followed up with other suggestions about buildings I might want to consider, and was mindful of what I considered to be my budget. Scott also helped me with arranging my apartment viewing, and making sure I got all the information, answered questions, and lease was set up properly. This company and site is amazing, it was exactly the help I needed in making my move to a new city in which I did not know much about it. I cannot recommend using VeryApt for searching for an apartment highly enough.

At first, I was pretty surprised to get an email directly from the founders, asking how they could help with my apartment search. Over time, I realized that this level of engagement was something they maintained throughout the process. They were extremely helpful in narrowing down my search and helping me schedule apartment viewings. It would have been much more difficult to navigate the Philadelphia apartment scene without their help!

I really loved working with Ashrit and Scott. They were both great, friendly, knowledgeable, timely, and transparent. I would recommend to anyone looking for apartment.

VeryApt was instrumental to my finding the best apartment for me, all within my extremely tight timeline. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a streamlined apartment leasing process!

Transparent & direct right from the listing to helping us close the lease, VeryApt has been a great experience. Super prompt & helpful too!

VeryApt acted as a management consultant for my apartment search. Not only it saved my time by arranging showing at once, but also did it provide me with critical insights for where and how I can get what I wanted. I had a certain idea about what I wanted but it indeed wasn't something I really wanted. VeryApt adds an intelligent strategy for my search that I finally selected the building that I initially overlooked. Use veryapt and save time. Most importantly, you will be making wise choices with help from VeryApt.

Moving is one of life's great stressors, especially if you're moving to a city you're unfamiliar with. VeryApt provides a very slick user interface, both on PC and mobile. The custom tailored results definitely helped out in my housing search. Also, the reviews are well vetted and makes your assessment of each place more reliable. Highly recommended.
