VeryAptReviews of veryapt.com

I feel so lucky to have come across VeryApt in my search for a home! I have dealt with many different agencies in the past as I have moved around quite a bit while searching for the place I could call home. VeryApt is on a whole other level compared to other agencies. They are incredibly responsive and maintain that responsiveness throughout the entirety of the process. My agent helped me with every single step. He was always professional, friendly, and extremely helpful! He addressed every single question/concern I had with care. Thanks to him my dream condo in my dream neighborhood is now a reality! I definitely could not have done this without him! I would HIGHLY recommend VeryApt. They are truly exceptional, knowledgeable, and able to create a personalized experience which accomplishes brilliant results!

I loved VeryApt's website and how easily they connected me with apartment / condo buildings that I was interested in living in in Philly in the fall. They made the apartment hunting process incredibly easy - from finding the right buildings, to scheduling showings, and all the way to getting the information I needed to make a decision. I interacted with a few people from their team and had a great experience with both of them (Scott and Andris, thanks!). They have an amazing product that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to live in a city that VeryApt serves.

I find the screening tool very powerful. I found my appartment using that.

Veryapt was very helpful to compare various buildings by showing checklist for amenities, pricing range, overall user rating, and reviews. It minimizes your effort to contact different leasing offices. The best part is all of Veryapt staffs were highly responsive so I was able to get answer within a day! They also arranged and accompanied video tours with leasing office, which helped my decision to sign a lease from overseas. I would definitely recommend friends to try out! =)

I recently used VeryApt to find an apartment in Philadelphia. The platform was especially useful in the way that users are able to sort properties using a whole host of criteria. After initially logging onto the platform, I received a note from the CEO to inquire about my preferences. Ashrit was very accessible as I sorted through a variety of apartments I viewed over the course of a few weeks. I would recommend this platform to all.

Having to finalize on a dream apartment and narrowing down the specifics whilst sitting halfway around the world can be a harrowing experience! That's when VeryApt came to my rescue and I'm so glad to have found them. Scott and Ashrit (the owners of the company) were extremely prompt, forthcoming and hands-on the entire way! They helped give me tremendous amount of insight and advice which helped steer my decision in the right direction. I immensely valued their honest inputs considering I was new to the city as well as the leasing process. They went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and ease out the process for me. They were always amenable to my crazy demands and deadlines! They followed through right till the end until I signed my lease. Furthermore, I found the website to be very user friendly and refined compared to other players in the market. It helps you easily streamline your options based on your unique preferences and acts as a convenient interface between you and the property managers. Thank you VeryApt for making this process so smooth and fruitful. I couldn't have done it without you guys!

1. Fantastic website with all the information we ever needed. VeryApt really helped us narrow our choices. 2. Fantastic customer service. Ashrit and Scott reached out in a couple of hours to better understand our needs and helped set up viewing in a matter of just a day. They followed up with us regularly to offer advice and check in. THANK YOU!

VeryApt was super informative in terms of getting an idea of the renting market in Philly. There were tons of reviews and properties listed on the website were super prompt at responding to queries to set up viewings! Overall, a great experience!
