VeryAptReviews of veryapt.com

Veryapt's search tool is far more advanced than other apartment search sites, giving me more confidence that the 'matches' are truly a good fit based on all of my criteria (which were numerous). The management was extremely responsive to my email questions throughout the two months from beginning the search to signing a lease. When it came time to view apartments, Veryapt's boots on the ground personally took us to each building. Overall, a great experience, and we found a great place! I would recommend Veryapt to anyone and everyone looking for an apartment.

Scott, was always very responsive and provided a wealth of knowledge assisting us with our search to find an apartment in center city after living in the suburbs for 30 years. Scott's communication skills are excellent and his familiarity with the city saved us so much time and stress in our apartment search.

The staff at VeryApt efficiently and quickly assisted me to find an apartment when I needed to move quick;y for a new job position. They organized a tour of possible apartments within three days. They did not waste my time. All the apartments were appropriate. I found an apartment through them in a day. They were kind, friendly, and professional.

Scott was very helpful all the way through the apartment search. It seemed like he went out of his way sometimes to find and recommend ideal apartments. Very knowledgable and courteous as well.

I was making a move from Chicago to Philadelphia and had very little knowledge of the neighborhoods of Philadelphia. I asked friends and acquaintances for suggestions and everyone had strong ones- sometimes opposing opinions. I reached out to VeryApt.com and Ashrit responded almost immediately to help me with my apartment search and found a selection of places for me to see. When I was finally able to come to Philly to check out some places it was his colleague, Andris, who met up with me. Upon seeing the first apartment- which was beautiful and reasonably priced, but not in an area perfect for me- Andris started really narrowing down the right places and neighborhoods for me. We canceled the rest of the viewing for that day, but he got back to me within a day with a new set of great options for me. On my next visit he spent an entire afternoon with my boyfriend and I looking at many, many units. I almost went with one of the beautiful, newly converted buildings in the heart of downtown, but ultimately selected another building closer to where I want to live. Andris was patient and listened to what I was looking for- almost any of the units he showed me could have worked for me. I highly recommend VeryApt to assist you with your apartment search! They are responsive and professional.

VeryApt was the best choice i made for my apartment search. They were most helpful, and the experience very personalised. With their help, and guidance, I found a rather lovely apartment in a very short time. I would highly recommend them.

Apartment shopping is an arduous task. Among the list of things you have to consider: location, will you have a pet, fitness center, security at the door, parking, room type, washer/dryer, etc. Once you find the perfect place, then you must see most importantly if it matches your budget. Then, you must contact the complex and see if there is any availability for your preferred move in date. If there is, you are faced with sorting through various 5-star and 1-star reviews of your potential new home. You are faced with finding everything you need, for an affordable price, while the units are available, that has good reviews. VeryApt removes this whole process. All you have to do is filter by what is important, set your price range, and you will be given a list of options that fit your criteria. Because it lists what is currently available, all you have to do is click on an apartment complex you think you like and you are presented with reviews. 5 stars - will be the first place I go to in the future when apartment shopping.

Everyone we worked with, both in person and remotely, was wonderful and they had lots of knowledge of the area that would be hard to come by looking online. They went above and beyond doing a video tour of a place we loved that would probably rent before we would get back in town to see it in person. My only issue was that several of the properties listed on their site had incorrect info about allowing pets but policies change with time and that's an easy thing to miss - finding the correct info was a simple as looking at another ad online or calling the complex
