I used VeryApt to move to Philadelphia from New Jersey and was very pleased with the company and representative that I interacted with. The representative that assisted me throughout was helpful, intelligent, timely, and extremely friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering a move.

Working with Rebecca at VeryApt was great — she recommended places based on what we were looking for, coordinated showings with relevant realtors, and got facilities-related questions answered for us. All we had to do was review her suggestions, and show up for walk-throughs of potential units.

Finding a new place to live, when relocating from another state can be tough, especially when given limited time to look and make a decision. I met Rebecca after doing research on my own and yet also working with another placement firm. I ended up sticking with Rebecca after we met face to face and after her great follow up with me weeks after I had first contacted VeryApt. She was able to quickly assess my interest and what type of living environment I was looking for. On extremely short notice she was able to set up appointments for me and placed me with a beautiful apartment based on my feedback to her. She was always available and quick to respond. A good friend recommended that we try veryapt when looking for an apartment in Philadelphia. I'm so glad that I did. After talking to Rebecca and explaining that we needed something dog friendly, walking distance to work and our budget, she quickly came back with several apartments to look at. She even set up all the apointments and listed the various apartment number and sq ft of those we would be looking at. Scott was with us the day of the apartment search and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He took notes and asked questions that we didn't think of. He also suggested looking at one more spot that day, just so we had a reference point. Highly recommend veryapt! What an amazing service. Give your top 3-4 criteria for finding an apartment, these young professionals have invented software to narrow down the otherwise exhaustive search to a handful of choices. I recently was planning on moving from Delaware to Philly. Rebecca and her team at VeryApt helped make my life so much easier. I simply explained to her what I was looking for and what was important to me. She basically did the rest. I only had to go on tours and decide which one I liked best. Looking for a new apartment has always been exciting (the possibilities!) and also nerve wracking (which building to choose?) as well as frustrating (poorly qualified agents that treat you as a number and give you 1/4 of their attention). With my move to Philadelphia, I was skeptical. We'd had a particularly poor interaction with another agency and I was worried about our search. Then Rebecca from VeryApt comes to our rescue! She was so incredibly organized and thoughtful. She listened to what it was we wanted and flexed along with us when we changed our minds. She was professional, friendly and beyond capable.
