Overall easy, friendly and super positive experience

They found us an apartment despite our extremely limited and picky standards.

While the Philly rental market is not as crazy as NYC's rental market, VeryApt made the apartment hunt process as smooth as possible. We worked with both Andris & Scott. Andris listened to our laundry list of specific wants for our apartment building and was helpful in opining on buildings we wanted to look at and suggested additional ones that we would have missed otherwise. Not only did VeryApt help provide us timely information on vacancies in the buildings we were interested in, they made the viewing process a lot more efficient as well. Even when we had to decide remotely on our final apartment, they went above and beyond in providing pictures, floorplans, and video tour of the unit. They were super responsive, very honest, and overall a helpful resource. I highly recommend those moving to Philly to use VeryApt Concierge! It's at no cost to the consumer (I believe the buildings listed pay them a fee) and they are a pleasure to work with. Their website is also a great platform when you're beginning your apt hunt; really lays out the options in the market and helpful to hear from current tenants in the reviews. Only tip is to schedule your viewings on a weekday if possible as it's logistically easier than weekends (with potential lastminute cancellations on the current tenant's end).

Andris and his team at VeryApt truly went above and beyond. As we went through the apartment search, we realized our "compromises" turned to "must haves" which constantly changed our search parameters. Andris and VeryApt were very accommodating and quick to revise our list and set up appointments. Having Andris work with each apartment complex, asking questions or setting up tours took away loads of stress off our backs. I would highly recommend VeryApt to anyone looking for an apartment. I hope that VeryApt is around for a long time so that if I ever need to move again, they will have our backs.

So incredibly helpful. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me an entire list of perfect suggestions, sent out representatives to do video tours of apartments, and scheduled an entire day of showings when I was able to visit my future city. And it was all free to me! These guys are the real deal.
