VeryAptReviews of veryapt.com

I had a great experience with VeryApt and can't imagine having found an apartment without them. They make the moving process so easy and have a lot of great comments/suggestions. They're patient and very flexible. Shout out to Julia Rizio who is, without a doubt, one of the best from VeryApt!

I recommend this company! Really great services.

VeryApt was exactly what I needed. I was moving from afar to a city I was unfamiliar with, and this saved me. Once I found places I was interested in, I got to speak with an actual person. Marquis even sent me pictures and videos of an apartment before I even made it to the city. During the tours, he was very helpful with local information and expertise. I'm honestly not sure what I would've done without him and this service! I would recommend to everyone.

We used Very Apt (Andris Zvargulis) to find an apt in Philly. The agency was great. They made finding an apt very easy . We were travelling 2 1/2 hours to Philly to search & Very Apt found us a great place after only 2 days of viewings. Also - they arranged viewings at the last minute for us. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a place in Philadelphia.

provided a good list of apartments based on my criteria. was able to do a tour over video chat when i was not yet in the area. great service.

I had an AMAZING experience with VeryApt. I am a 24-year-old woman moving from the Midwest to Philly. I don't know anyone local so wasn't sure how to navigate the apartment hunt. After finding some places on VeryApt, I was put in touch with Julia. Not only did she set up a call with me to explain the areas and help me funnel town my favorites into a plan, she was a resource for questions about local moving companies and other logistical things I needed to know before moving. The apartment viewings were seamless. VeryApt provides all the information I needed on an organized document and Julia answered all of my questions. The best part - she felt more like a friend than someone trying to sell me an apartment. She was honest, approachable, and so incredibly helpful! If you're navigating a new city like me, you need to use VeryApt. After horrible apartment searches and little help when I lived in Chicago, VeryApt is truly one of a kind and I plan to use them for every move in the future!! Thanks so much Julia!!!

Very helpful and responsive. Set up in-person viewings of apartments on short notice.
