Searching for the perfect apartment after graduation on a low-budget is not an easy task. On top of that, I work full-time, so I didn't have time to search for the perfect apartment. I didn't know how to navigate the apartment search since I was an international student. I was tired and completely overwhelmed. My stress levels were sky high before I came in contact with VeryApt. After finding some places on VeryApt, I came into contact with Hadieh. She was incredibly helpful. She just went above and beyond to help me to find an apartment on low-budget. She sends me a list of apartments in my budget and arranged appointments. On top of that, she even drove me around to see several apartments at once on a different location (From North to South Side, include west). The apartment viewing as easy and peaceful. Hadieh was able to answer all my questions and collect the information I needed before making any decision. She was friendly yet professional. I am so grateful for everything. It was a blessing to come in contact with this company VeryApt. I will definitely stay in contact with this company for my next apartment search. Also, I will definitely recommend VeryApt to anyone looking for an apartment, especially international student.

Hadieh was incredibly helpful and thorough. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect apartment. She also assisted me with communicating with the apartment management to finalize my contract. The experience was both professional and personalized for what I was looking for. It was very nice working with VeryApt.  I initially sent a request to the site just requesting information about an apartment.  Come to find out that this was a full service company that actually assisted me in the apartment search.  VeryApt sent me a list of apartments that fitted my search description and arranged appointments for me at the ones that I was interested in.  I then was surprised when I showed up at the first apartment, they had sent a representative from VeryApt to help me (Hadieh).   Hadieh was very helpful during this search for a new apartment, I did not know how important it was to have her assistance until I realized that she actually help me lower the stress of trying to schedule these appointments and also the luxury of having someone there that was on my side.  Hadieh helped me stay focus and reminded me of my budget that I told her I would like to stay with in (With out her, I would have made an decision on an property that I know I would have been disappointed with that decision later),    I love this company, hopefully the get in to the house buying business by next year during the time I think I am going to begin looking to purchase a Condo. :-)

I was very impressed with VeryApp. I did a google search for apartments in Chicago and I contacted two that responded. The first one was VeryApp. Hadieh had responded quickly and was very helpful without being pushy. I chose her and she went above and beyond to help. I was in Florida and she would do video tours so I could see the places. She set up the personal tours once I arrived. We had an unusual situation and she helped make it work. The most impressive part is she continued to help after we choose the place. We had some problems with the new apt website and she contacted them several times unti it was finally complete. Totally recommend these professionals to work with!

I had a great experience with VeryApt. Julia guided me through the process, she patiently showed me units even though I was at a distance, and customized the options based on my preferences. She was very flexible as to when and how to show the apartments. She was excellent in her responsiveness, always kept me in the loop and answered all my questions promptly. I was able to identify an apartment and sign the lease in very short time, and this would not have been possible without her guidance and oversight of this process!
