The employees were EXTREMELY helpful. Everyone I talked to was incredibly nice. They found numerous units quickly for me to look at within my price range and with the amenities I needed. They also set up all my tours to fit my schedule. Their help was a huge relief for me because I was looking to move out of my old place as fast as possible and due to the fact that I work full time.

They made my apartment search very easy. One website with every apartment in Philly. I selected the places I was interested in and they scheduled all my walkthroughs. They made it very easy.

They answered all of my doubts at any hour, even if it was very late, and always treated me as a friend, in a very proffesional way. My agent even showed me apartments via Facetime when I couldn’t be there in person to take a look. Also they respected me and made company for my first experience moving out of my house! Moving to Philadelphia from another state was a little overwhelming, but VeryApt made it a much more enjoyable and stress free experience. I whole heartedly recommend VeryApt! The agents were constantly available and answered my (sometimes dumb) questions with poise and expertise. It can be really stressful when deciding which apartment to commit to, but the VeryApt team always gave us advice according to other situations they've seen or experienced, which made the process a lot easier.
