We worked with Alex Economo, and he went above and beyond to help us find an apartment. We toured 4 different buildings in a day, and stayed in touch (Alex is very quick to respond) to answer the hundreds of questions my wife and I had. We are very happy that we used veryapt to find an apartment and that Alex was the one to help us. I´d highly recommend using Veryapt to find your apartment.

GREAT service. Extremely helpful if you have a busy and intense job and have little time to do extended research. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Casey Walker was our VeryApt realtor and she was excellent! She set up a fabulous schedule for us to walk through a variety of different apartments and provided great information about each of the locations and Philadelphia. She is very pleasant to work with, friendly, and responsive! We couldn't have asked for someone better!

I had a wonderful experience with VeryApt. As an incoming Wharton MBA student, I had a very short window to find an apartment. The VertApt team was extremely responsive, and thoughtful and found great apartments to suit my needs. They were able to negotiate a 2-year lease so I could lock in my rent for the duration of my MBA program. Idaliz was truly wonderful and made the experience seamless. I would highly recommend VeryApt & Idaliz.

Worked with Idaliz Santiago to find a place in Philadelphia. She helped find places and schedule tours for places within our desired location, budget, and move-in date. Within the span of 2 weeks, she helped us with the entire process to the point of signing our contract! Great experience! Would definitely recommend.

These guya helped me a lot when I needed an accomodation. I believed that i would never apply to real estate agencies, however some unpleasant situation has happenned with me and this thing made me applying to real estate agency. I have decided to choose something from the list in the internet and I found this company. It attracted me by the design of their website and i was sure that here work only professionals. Fortunately, it was really like that, they helped me to find accomodation and now I have no issues with my living.

To say VeryApt was very helpful would be understatement. I was moving in to Philly from overseas and I had no idea how to start the search for our future home. Kyle Lisicki is an angel. He helped us by identifying an initial target list and then kept on refining it based on our feedback/comments. When we needed to see the place, Kyle went there physically to record a virtual tour. In parallel, Kyle was nice and patient to quickly answer all of our questions (we exchanged 130+ emails). Our experience moving in to Philly would have completely different if we didn't go with VeryApt. I highly recommend their services.

Out of State Apartment Search We had a very positive experience using VeryApt. We were paired with Idaliz Santiago. She was great! We are not in Philadelphia so it was an extra challenge to deal with someone not in the same state. Idaliz was so helpful and professional. She answered our emails, sent us lists of available apartments and set up appointments when we arrived in Philadelphia. Idaliz spent the whole day with us looking at apartments and connecting with realtors. When we had an appointment the next day, Idaliz couldn't meet with us because she had class. However, she sent a colleague to make sure we were taken care of. Our visit was successful: we found an apartment! Idaliz wasn't done: she followed up with information for the move to Philadelphia in the fall. Overall, we would highly recommend Idaliz and VeryApt.
