VeryAptReviews of veryapt.com

Like many people moving to Evanston from out of town, my partner and I attended a housing fair where every major rental building in the city had set-up a booth - along with the lovely folks at VeryApt. There we met Hadieh from VeryApt who, without exaggeration - went above and beyond in asking us what type of residence we were looking for, finding us all the available properties, and sending us videos and pictures for those places that we had short-listed to rent. We would not have been able to rent a place as quickly and hassle-free had it not been for Hadieh. We are extremely grateful for all the help she provided us!

Moving from out of state, I was coming into the Chicago area rental market pretty blind, and Hadieh was really helpful in giving me a better sense for the market, i.e. how much I should expect to pay, what she considered a good deal, etc. Since I was doing my search remotely, she even did video tours for me via FaceTime so I could get a feel for apartments from afar. She made the entire apartment search easy and stress-free - highly recommend!

Hadieh was proactive and helpful throughout the entire apartment rental process - from laying out a range of attractive options when we began our search to making sure we had completed all of the requirements to close our lease. Hadieh has a great attitude and clearly has the client's best interests in mind. I would definitely work with her again!

My roommate and I had a great experience working with Hadieh! She was quick to communicate and honest with us regarding availability and price point. She made the transition of moving from New York to Evanston seamless!

Brooke helped us find our current apartment and she was extremely helpful! She took us out in the middle of a snowstorm to show us places, so she is extremely dedicated! I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Brooke was extremely helpful in our apartment search! She found us a great apartment within our budget and within the area we wanted to live. I recommend using VeryApt for your next apartment search.

Hadieh was extremely helpful and having all of the information right at our fingertips made the process so much easier. Thanks!

I used VeryApt to help me secure an apartment for my move cross country to Evanston, IL. I am not sure how I would have found an apartment without VeryApt. My concierge Hadieh was extremely responsive and toured apartments for me as I do not currently live in the Chicago area. I could not recommend this service more. Use them!!
