Definitely recommend VeryApt and Hadieh! Looking for a housing while living in another country was not an easy job, but I was able to secure an apartment without too much hustle and bustle owing to Hadieh. The three aspects that I appreciated the most are responsive, helpful, and responsible. Hadieh was very responsive although I was in a different time zone; didn’t expect someone to be so responsive with 14hours difference 🤣. She was helpful in providing information and answering trivial questions. Lastly, she kept checking on me even after I signed the lease contract.

Hadieh made finding an apartment a breeze. She was professional, helpful, and energetic from day one, and made the experience incredibly personalized. It is not easy to find an apartment remotely, but she helped both my boyfriend and I find the perfect apartments in Evanston and Chicago. Highly recommend working with her!

Working with Hadieh was THE. BEST. I had never worked with a realtor before when apartment hunting, but my recent move to Chicago during a pandemic made it a necessity. And Hadieh made "virtual" apartment shopping a breeze and so convenient, despite my somewhat difficult demands. She was super resourceful in helping me get a good insight into the apartments and the neighborhoods I was considering, without any pressure. VeryApt has fantastic guides for finding apartments and the reviews were immensely helpful in helping me find my new apartment. Hadieh was also very hands on in sharing floorplans and available units on a regular basis; she made sure I had the necessary context on when to hold out for a unit and when to commit.

Brooke was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She gave me all the options and asked good questions to help narrow my search. She was incredibly patient with all my curve balls and changes. She was very attentive and quickly responded to all my requests. I feel great about the place that I settled on. I don't think that I could have had a better search. I would highly recommend!
