Expensive scam - beware. The coffee has an awful taste. They sell tainted coffee beans - not fit for consumption. Reviews online are fake and filtered. The paper coffee filters are absolutely the worst paper one could use to filter a pour-over cup of coffee - very thick. Customer service will ignore any concerns.

Love their coffee - great flavor (I like the "Bronson ... stands up to cream, sugar and Mondays!). Always shows up on time and packaging is great. This coffee actually got me to drink coffee black (instead of with cream). Like that they seem to be real human beings behind the company also!
