Low rates at first but then they raise them and the bigger companies will have better rates for better coverage. They also try to tack on a $50 cancellation fee when you leave, even though it is not in your policy documents that you will be charged a fee. I have never been able to speak with someone when I needed to. They claim there is someone there during business hours but they do not answer

I try calling no one answers.Also was told would not hold card number on file and did . Also need to change payment date because I’m on disability and no one answers me

App rarely works, unable to make payments. My coverage got cancelled because of it. Very frustrating.

Well I only had u’s a couole days and not satisfied don’t return calls or emails and now my insurance is in jeopardy should of stayed with my other insurance at least they answered there phones
