Wow, I am experiencing exactly what the other individuals are saying. I purchased a GPS tracker that lied in the description. I tried to return it and their customer service is non-existent and pulling my leg. Additionally, my card is now being charge a 16.95 charge after all is said and done. This company needs to be shut down.

This company is a scam. Avoid at all cost. I had to file fraudulent transaction with credit card company.

This company does fraud and scams you for money. Do not order from them! They make excuses to not give you a refund for your product even though their "policy" states otherwise. They have charged my account without my knowledge and I have disputed it with my bank.

I bought the GPS tracking device for cars. No where did it say that you had to purchase a SIMs card and also a plan. You also have to go to a site they instruct you to purchase this card and plan. I asked to return it and was told they would give me back 20% of my purchase, which is $12.00 in 4-6 weeks and also pay for a 25% restocking fee in an international warehouse and pay for shipping to god knows what country I'm shipping this back to. I thought this company was in California. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Huge scam...Go look at this website before you purchase anything from here. I wish I had. Please read the reviews, they're not lying.

This company is an absolute scam, do not be fooled by the American flag pasted all over their website they are in fact a foreign company. I bought their GPS magnetic tracking device for my car and all I received was a box of plastic not a lick of actually technology inside. After having to email back and forth with them for two weeks they only provided me with a 20% refund. I paid $46 for the plastic box and only got a $4 refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS "BRAND".

I ordered an item from this company, also called Vernier Company. After I ordered it, I kept getting charged $16.95 a month. I didn't know what this was for but the charge information stated that it was for a monthly subscription. I have no idea what benefits this charge brings. I NEVER signed up for it but found a page, by doing a lot of research, that says when you buy something you are subscribed. I NEVER agreed to this verbally, in writing or by checking a box. Please, DO NOT do business with this company/site. You will not get a response through email nor phone from them about anything. I have disputed this charge but they keep charging me, anyway. They do say that this subscription can be canceled at anytime but that is not true. Awful scam they are pulling.
