AVOID THIS COMPANY. I WISH I HAD! Ordered an anti fog mask from this online store. Mask was advertised as flexible to fit over eyeglasses. Once received we knew it would clearly NOT fit over eyeglasses. We opted to try to return for a refund. Company offered us 20% refund and $15 store credit not to return because it had to be shipped back overseas. I felt mislead and can’t use the mask so I said no thank you. Then they came back and said they would give me a 30% refund and $15 store credit, which I will NEVER use, but also said if I chose to return there would be a 30% restocking fee and I would have to pay for overseas shipping! Ridiculous! It would cost more to return than to throw it away. So I spent $20 for a mask I can’t use, minus my $3.00 refund, and a $15 store credit that I did not even receive but definitely WOULD NOT use. Just glad the item I ordered was a fairly inexpensive one!

I received the Micro CPAP unit and it does not seem to have wide or long enough silicone nostril inserts to stay in comfortablally at while sleeping. I never got to use it. It simply would no stay in! No... I do not accept the 20% money back, $15 store credit as well as the 25% restocking fee. If this is how you conduct business. I will just take the loss. I will as a result leave my review of your products to tell potential future buyers to beware of misleading information regarding this product as well as your other products. I will leave my review warning folks that the product does not work... Do not purchase anything from Vernier Shop as the return/refund process is a waste of time. It is purchase at your own risk... SOLD AS IS!!

sent me a camar that does not work and a cpap mask altateive that does not fit so far no luck they got my 60 bucks kiss it good by they do not reply to your request

Sent cheap item that was not what was advertised on website. Just saw the same picture on internet the other day. Refused to credit my card. Tried to make a deal with me. Scam company, beware.

Their site shows 4 of an animal repel device. When you receive it there is only 1. That is false advertising. If you place an order the item(s) should match what is shown in the photo.

Ordered there antenna with booster for $28. What I received was an antenna without the booster. After 5 emails and pictures since Jan. and ending in March with a lot of non-existent promises I have giving up. This is not a good company to deal with and would not recommend them to anybody.

I bought a "CPAP" alternative. I should be called "C-CRAP". It won't even stay in my nose. It's got a tiny fan which does NOTHING. Getting a refund is next to impossible; re-stocking fee and other deductions....I spent $22 and would be lucky to get back $2. I'll be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.

Terrible company to do business with. Canceled my order, within minutes of placing on line, and they wanted to charge a "restocking" charge. Had to go back and forth, and the eventually credited my card. I saw the credit pending in my card statement, and thought it was resolved. When I checked a few days later, they had removed the credit. This company is a scam, DO NO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
