BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! ..... I purchased an air cooler in July 2023 that leaked water badly. After MANY emails I received a shipping label to send it back. FIVE MONTHS LATER I still have not received my refund of $199. Customer service has had many excuses ..... VISA # wasn't right, checking acct bank # wasn't right. Now they won't return my calls. Today they hung up/disconnected me twice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE COMPANY!

Wow, I normally know how to spot a scam, but after a bit of product research, other sties, the adjustable glasses I saw via an IG Ad seemed legit and a decent deal. I did get these "glasses" in about 6 days...problem is, they are totally fake, cheapy plastic pieces of junk. Nosepiece crooked / off center, arms so think and sharp the hurt your ears, "Lenses" are foggy and don't sharpen focus / vision at all. 1st email to "support at verniershop.com" was never never answered. 2nd email is not going on 48 hours without a reply. OH, and it gets better...as you read thru the Refund / Return Policy, get this: " We offer 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Return Policy. They sell junk that doesn't work. getting to support is basically impossible - and English is a wish-list item, and they don't know the junk they sell. My crappy not working camera has no model number. By the time I got some correspondence it was past the 30 days - which is their drop dead return date (there are NO warranties of any kind). Here is a response to my not working junk : "However, we don't have specific information for that product. Please rest assured that we take your inquiry seriously, and we have escalated your request to our product information team. They are diligently working to gather the necessary details you are looking for."

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Ordered 2 backup cameras. Supposed to be magnetic. They aren't. Supposed to have a metal plate to sticky tape to non metal surface. It did not. Supposed to be 3 to 5 day shipping from Nevada. It was 11 day shipping from china. Supposed to be 100 percent made in America. It was 0% made in America. Customer service wants me to pay for return shipping to China and pay a 25% restocking fee. They offered I keep the product and get a 20% refund as well as a $15 store credit. I took the refund. Told them keep the credit as there is 0 chance I'll ever order a single item from vernier shop ever again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I ordered a heated jacket October 20th with a "5-7 day delivery, ships from the U.S.A." promise. It is now Nov 11th and still no jacket (because it is coming all the way from China!). Even though I have reached out to them 3 times, and been given two different "delivered" dates from their tracking, I still have no jacket to wear this 20 degree farenheit day.

Ordered two months ago three door cameras Two were to be white in color. Waited one month and received black ones from China. Asked immediately for an exchange, now a month later no exchange just an occasional email saying they are await a response. Never do business with company!

Lies lies and more lies, purchased two heated jackets, the website said the product is in the United States and would be delivered in 5 to 7 business days and battery packs included, all of that is untrue. A third party wanted my full credit card number in order to track my jackets, i email vernier and they sent me a tracking number and the product was in China and took 3 weeks to get here with no battery packs as advertised, I sent them a screen shot of there website saying batteries included but still get no batteries, do not do business with this company!!!

They sell a little backup camera that I ordered. It finally arrived after three weeks. The camera is all scratched on the face, it doesn't connect to my phone. The app you have to use is in Chinese. Junk
