False advertisement. Ad for heated jacket specifically stated battery came with it. Well it doesn't. They gave a song and dance saying the price would be much higher if it came with the jacket. I emailed, no response, I tried several times to call, it was always no customer rep to take call. Tried chat online and went no where with that either.

I ordered a heated jacket. In the order process I had to correct something. When the order completed the state had changed from CO to AK. I immediately contacted support to have the address corrected. They did not answer me until a week later and told me it was too late to change the address. Then they had the odasity to suggest that I reorder.

I had ordered 3 spy cameras and was told shipping was 3 to 5 days. Ordered nov 30 and its still hadn't received it. Never get any email or nothing. I should had read the reviews before I bought from them. This store should be shut down and go to prison for stealing

Do NOT buy anything from this company. They falsely advertise and misrepresent their merchandise (in my case the heated gloves that I purchased) and will then continue to charge your credit card some bogus monthly subscription charge. I reported them to the FTC.

If I could give this shop 0 stars I would! It took forever to get the chair cushion. Once I got it, it made my sciatica worse than it was before within 10 minutes of using it! I emailed the company right away and didn't hear anything back for 3 weeks. They then respond with, I have to not only pay the return fee but a 25% restock fee to get a refund in 6-8 WEEKS!! Please do not waste your money at this shop!! I have thrown it in the trash where it belongs and it cost me $0. I am unfortunately out the $40 it cost for the product!!

Received an item that was grossely misrepresented. After a few days of trying to reach them in regards to returning they finally emailed me back. They stated “yes we accept refunds but you have to pay for shipping overseas and pay a 25 % restocking fee”! They can send you anything they want and regardless you have to pay fees to return. Had I did what they asked I would have gotten zero back! Had to dispute with credit card company. Stay away from this business

Frauds - Don't buy from these crooks! Not only did Verniershop (not to be confused with a French sunglasses store named Vernier) cheat us on electric jackets we purchased, then their affiliate site, Vonlineshops.com tried to charge us $29.99 on our credit card. Maybe a subscription scam? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! And read the other negative reviews. I suspect any positive ones are not legitimate.

Buyer Beware I'm not a negative reviewer. This will be the first time I've written a review below four stars but they earned their one star rating. On July 30th I purchased two items from them. On August 4th I got an email saying there was a delay and on August 8th I was provided a "Further update on your recent order" email which talked about how I'd get them soon. On 8/9 I got tracking for one item which did arrive the following week. From there I never got any further acknowledgement of the second order. I spent August, September, October, November and now December asking for either the item to be shipped or a refund of that amount. They have no record of shipping the item, no tracking and no argument of why I haven't received it. Every time I email, I'm told someone will get back to me because they have to escalate it but no one ever does. Finally on October 18th I was promised a refund within 1-3 days which never came. Several attempts later, they responded again on Nov 14th saying this would be handled immediately by a supervisor yet still nothing. Lessen learned. If someone shuts off Google Reviews and doesn't have a Facebook account where people can leave feedback, what does that tell you? Avoid at all costs unless you want it coming out of your wallet.
