BUYER BEWARE!!! Never received the item I purchased even though they say it was delivered (no issues with any of the other companies I’ve purchased online). Furthermore, I received two unauthorized charges which caused me to file a fraud claim and cancel my card. DO NOT USE.

Stay away , total garbage company. Scammers charged me twice for a crap item that was 2 weeks late. Be careful when they apologize and want to refund you 10%. Thats when they charge again. Had to get a new debit card.

Same experience as other reviewers on this site. I ordered on Nov. 30. No tracking number provied. 6 e-mails with no response. 3 phone calls not returned. No customer service contact. Then a notice that it was shipped for the second time. Yesterday a notice that it was NOT shipped. Then they asked me if I wanted a refund. I said yes. A week earlier, I had called the credit card company and challenged the charge. Amazon should not have this company on it’s site.

I ordered item on Dec 4th. Although a tracking number was sent on Dec 9th it did not enter the USPS system until Dec 21st. States delivery will be Dec 28th. I must go out to buy a Christmas gift today since this will not make it until after. Their shipping is terrible. No response from emails, so customer service is zero. I cannot attest to the item, as I still do not have it...buyer beware.

I purchased a heated jacket with rechargeable battery for 69.99 as a Christmas present for my son. I received the jacket but not the battery. I have emailed and called and left a voicemail but have yet to hear from anyone. The jacket is very cheaply made and pretty pointless without the battery. Complete rip off. Very heartbroken as we do not have money to get him another gift and he will be very disappointed. Do not buy from this company.

They state 3-5 days shipping from Nevada. Total BS. One week later and tracking shows it in China. I have my bank's fraud division on it. They never answer the phone or reply to email.
