Ordered 2 smokeless rechargable ashtrays in black...received 2 smokeless battery ashtrays in green..much cheaper product. To effect a return they wanted a picture off ashtrays, then to ship overseas to supplier, 4-6 weeks for credit, then 30% restocking charge, etc...never sent return label or provide address. Then $29.99 charge on Master Card I did not authorize with check mark, they did if you did not read statement after PAY NOW button (which I did not)...Had to cancel card & dispute charge...complete nightmare over $69.00 BUYER BEWARE...I have e-mails to prove all.

I ordered a battery heated vest for a Christmas gift. I ordered it a before Christmas because their ad stated fast three day shipping. After the order went through I received an email stating the package would ship from somewhere else and that it would be delayed. I finally received the item in January. The ad stated their vests come with a battery pack. Mine arrived without the battery. When I contacted them they told me the battery was extra and I could order one through them or go to Walmart. I sent a screenshot of their ad and never heard back from them. After many calls to their contact number, I was disconnected and have been unable to contact them since. They DO NOT have good customer service and wouldn't recommend this company.

Ordered a solid gray anti theft sling bag in solid gray. Received a tan/ gray print instead. Sent message on website couple weeks ago asking how to return so I can receive color i originally ordered, no response. Sent email to customer service still no response. Think Twice before ordering from this company.

I only gave it 1 star because that is as low as it goes. I ordered a heated jacket for my husband for Christmas which took almost a month to receive, they charged my account for an additional $29.99 a couple of days later. I received the jacket and it doesn't fit. I contacted them and was told there is a 25% restocking fee to return it. I also asked about the additional charge which they never responded to, In addition the heated jacket doesn't come with a battery, making the jacket useless.

Promises a 2-3 day delivery, I’m 9 days in and they’re telling me it still won’t be here until next week. I needed that stuff IMMEDIATELY, it was time sensitive. And support could not less helpful, telling you well we’ll get you a refund, but we have to escalate it but you can’t talk to those people, they’ll just email you, eventually. So you just have to sort of trust they will…? And they say it’s an American company on their website, it f**king isn’t. My stuff shipped from China. Damn liars.

I ordered some far-near adjustable glasses from this company.they said theymail from the USA. Turn out the product comes from China I received the glasses and are a piece of junk .you can not really adjust the corrections they are all plastic. They also suppose to have a 30 day return policy .I contact them by email as stated in their website. they answered back and refused to honor the 30day return.instead they offered me 20% cash back,$15 Coupon to their store to keep them I refused .I told them I wanted a full refund.so I am writing this review .their return policy sucks it will cost you more than the glasses($35.restocking charge you pay shipping to China and you get only 20% OF YOUR PAYMENT PRICE BACK.BUYERS BEWARE

Don’t send them money. Complete fraud. Ordered a cervical neck traction device, used PayPal. Two days later they cancelled the order in a e-mail and claimed they refunded my money. Absolutely no customer service and won’t respond in anyway. 10 days later still no refund. Thieves.

Fraudulent!! Kept charging $30 purchases to my card even when I went through the process of getting OFF their subscription service — which I didn’t agree to, btw. Finally had to cancel my card altogether. Also, they lied about the product. I ordered a set of balls for my dog. The product that arrived only had one ball, and was labeled as a cleaning object rather than a dog toy. Stay away from this company! And be careful, they operate under a lot of subsidiary names too.
