I don’t know how this company is still in business with all the bad reviews they have. Pure scam

If I could do no stars a ABSOLUTELY would. This company is a ripoff. I wish I would of found these reviews and not the fake ones on there website. Bought the item doesn’t even fit in my husband’s nose and falls out. So I wanted return them and was told a 25% restocking fee would apply plus $38 for shipping. Basically I would spend more to send them back then what I spent to get them. Total joke

This is a front for a scam period. They buy $5.00 from Temu or Light in the box all Chinese Companies and they mark it 200% and sell it as a genuine product. Then they still go ahead and charge your credit card without your consent. They attempted a charge on my Amex. Only that my credit card company fraud alert blocked them. Don't patronize them. They sale marked up fake products, and continue to charge your credit card without your consent.

Stole my credit card information and kept trying to charge it. Had to cancel and get a whole new card. STAY AWAY this is a scam company that will steal your information.

This company claimed that, due to extremely high demand, “allow 5-8 business days for your order to arrive.” The company also claimed that the product is made “entirely in America.” However, I found that the product (listed as $50) was shipped from China 7 days after the order. A similar product sells for $6 in Ali-Baba. Worse, like many other users, I also got a fraudulent purchase notice of $50 from my credit card company a few days after I ordered the product. Therefore, I had to cancel my credit card and reset all my recurring automatic payments (what a pain!). The product arrived 17 days after the order, first from China to the USA, and then re-shipped to my address, giving a false impression that it was coming from the U.S. This company is most likely a scam, acting like it sells USA products but buys them from China and other places and resells them. BUYERS BEWARE! If you purchased any product from this company, I suggest closing your credit card asap to avoid further fraudulent charges. I think this company’s deceptive practices should be referred to State attorney generals.

They suck and are a rip off, I bought a heated vest $59.99, took a month to get, turned out cheap Chinese crap, no battery. When asked about sending it back they give you a line of crap about sending you information that you never get. Additional charged $29.99 for a membership that they never tell you about when you buy. These people are frauds!

Best wishes, Q They never corrected the issue, never reimbursed me and kept saying they did not receive the money. LIES, SCAMMERS, and horrible!

I ordered a heated vest. 2XL is like a L US women’s. Also, this vest requires a battery bank that is not included. No return and no refund because the purchase was on sale and not full price. Don’t waste your money!
