i purchased a shoulder brace. it was not what i ordered,it was some piece of crap from china,and then they started charging me for a subscription that i dident know about.it took 3 weeks to get a refund.

I ordered three Breathing Lung Exerciser Devices on January 30, 2024, from Vernier. I received notice that my order had shipped, with shipping confirmation number, on February 11, but as of February 28, my order has not arrived. Followed up with request for status of order last week through a website form but haven’t received a response. Tried again today, this time by replying to their email, and received the standard reply. I called last week, but only noise could be heard on reply. Today's call noted that the mailbox is full. It appears that this site has a deadline for being online, which is due soon. Not sure what will happen to my order.

Be careful ordering from Verniershope.com I got attracted in purchasing a "wireless smoke detector with an integrated video surveillance camera and audio device" as it was advertised on its website this was the description: "Smoke Detector Security Camera With Audio," Instead you get a Smoke Detector with wires to plug it into an electrical outlet and console. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The description shown on the website is one thing, but the actual product that you end up getting is different from what it's been advertised. Instead, I got a smoke detector with a supposed camera that is not wireless and must be plugged into an electrical outlet and an HD console to make it work and you cannot monitor it from your smartphone (as advertised); it is a complete bluff. I WISH I CAN SHOW YOU THE PICTURES FROM THE ADVERTISEMENT VS WHAT I RECEIVED. I am learning the hard way with this purchase. I am disputing the charges, hoping to get my money back. One more thing! If you are lucky, you will get one response from Vernier's Support Customer Service Department. After that Good luck! it's been 4 days since I submitted my claim and request on how to return the items and I haven't got any reply since 2/23/2024. Suggestion: Please read all the listed reviews about them before you order anything from them. Frank G from Miami

They boast shipping in 3 days. After a week, I contacted them to request tracking. I was told it was now on backorder since it had actually not available. When I requested a refund, I was told management decided not to cancel the orders for this item. I again requested a refund and was then given a promo code and told to keep waiting. I finally had to threaten them with contacting the AG and reporting them as fraud to my bank to get them to process a refund. Sad business practice.

First off the company, sent me the wrong item and then argued with me over it. Then they said they would send me the right item, but they wanted me to pay even more than what I did to purchase the item in the first place.

I made a small purchase (under 100 dollars) on a card i rarely use. Shortly after a fraudulent charge was put through from "VVIS". Many people complaining about a similar problem. Theres no such thing as coincidence. Also, everything ships from China, which is not mentioned. There is no answer at their "contact us" 1800 number. Fake company!

I ordered a few items and only received one and after several messages back and forth they kept saying it was delivered but I only received half of my order so I will keep fighting with them on this and was charged another 30 on my card as well! I will NEVER order from this company again! Very unprofessional and arguative

Wrong merchandise was sent. Contacted the support and all I got was "we are escalating my issue to our team". Last two emails, asking for an update, has been ignored. Total of 6 emails with no solution. Not a trusted company to do business with. It is now 8 Feb 2024 and nothing.
