Scam alert. I ordered a piece you put in your nose to help with snoring. On their website, Made in USA, American made. Ordered then get email, it may take longer due to delivery from warehouse in China. OK scammed. Then three fraudulent charges on the MC I used the day I purchased the piece of crap I know it’s going to be. DO NOT ORDER anything from this company they are scammers. Doubt I’ll ever see the POS I ordered but have called about the other charges that were over $100. Only Amazon from now on🤦‍♀️

Scum sucking crooks! Two days after my order they used my card to order "cat food" from a store in New Jersey. I spoke with a woman with a heavy latino accent, in the so called customer service dept.. This two-bit operation is located in North Carolina. Because this is "interstate commerce," it is a felony! Prosecute the sorry rats!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!!!! I ordered 2 heated jackets to the tune of $101.98. In the listing it said they came with the battery pack. The Jackets came and no battery pack. I have been fighting with them now since JAN and its Mid April and i have still not gotten my money back. SAVE THE TIME AND HASSEL AND DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Product is Not As shown in ad, Says it was made in America, Clearly not. Video on site wildly exaggerated what product does. Does not work at all as advertised . Says thousands of positive reviews 4.9/5) which are seriously impossible given the product I received . (4.9 should have been a clue, as even perfect products don’t get that kind of rating ) I have to admit the Customer Support has been responsive, and we’ll see if I actually get my money back.

SCAM BUYER BEWARE. This company is scamming people and I specifically click the button to unsubscribe to a subscription reward and retailshop.com charged my card without my knowledge. I reported this a a scam to my credit card. NOW they will not answer their customer service line.

Thos company is a scam. Seconds after I made a purchase, I had fraud on my card and had to shut it down. Be careful world! These guys are liars and will only try to steal your money and never give you the product.

3 hours after I placed an order over the internet my bank sent me a text message asking if I had made a 10 dollar purchase from a different company. I had not. Do not do business with this company.

I wish I had heard about Trustpilot before I ordered from Vernier. I ordered a pillow from them on March 26th because they said they were American Made. The site said it would take three to five days for delivery. On April 4 th, nine days after I ordered I called them and they took my information and said they would send me tracking. They did but it was only up to March 29th. I emailed them back pointing this out and they sent me another tracking. It was exactly the same. This back and forth went on with them changing the delivery time to seven to nine business days. I tried calling them again and the man took all my information and said he would contact shipping. This time I got a tracking that showed the pillow was shipped from Shenzhen, China. I immediately emailed the company and told them this is unacceptable and to cancel the order. I also called and spoke with customer service and the man assured me the order would be canceled. That was April 6 th. On the morning on April 8th I received another email saying that they cannot cancel the order because it is in transit. I called my bank and disputed the charge, explaining everything to them. This company is a scam and I have told everyone I know and run into not to buy from them.
