After waiting a month to get the bird feeder I ordered, it came in with no top or hanging wire. I have emailed their customer support, but I have not heard a peep back from them. I, however, shortly after I made the order I looked at some of the reviews of the company. Seeing all the extra charges made from Vernier's on other people's reviews, I promptly canceled my card. Which has been kind of a pain waiting the new one to come in. Just keep in mind when a price is too good to be true, believe it.

I haven't even received my order yet and have already experienced atrocious service. I received two emails with two order numbers. I called after hours (not thinking about the day and time) and someone answered. He was pointless though, explaining that he could not access my information and could just take a deliver a message to have someone contact me the next day. (So what is his purpose?) I waited all morning the following day and no one called, so I called them. The lady who answered explained that, 'there's no problem because one is the order number and one is the tracking number." I thought she misunderstood so I repeated that I actually received two different order numbers. She merely repeated the first thing she said. I clarified that I did not receive a tracking number but two different order numbers. She became terse, saying, 'I have provided you with the correct information. One is the order number and one is the tracking number. That is the correct information." I replied that if one was the tracking number, it would say so. She repeatedly stated, 'I have provided you with the correct information.' She never attempted to 'hear' me, to explain why she thought that an order number actually means a tracking number or why I should believe that one written word actually is supposed to mean something other than what is says. I asked for a supervisor and she refused to transfer me and would only take my information to have someone call me. This is such a simple thing. Everything about this company's customer service is horrid.

Product never arrived. Terrible customer service. Situation was never resolved after multiple calls and emails. Promises to return calls or send helpful emails never fulfilled. Avoid at all costs

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Purchase a PRODUCT AND PAY FOR IT AND THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD FOR $29.99 A MONTH FOR INFINITY FOR WARRANTY YOU DID NOT APPROVE. Very unethical company, even after I reached out to them and they said they would remove the charge, they didn't. BE CAREFUL

No customer service for returning their grossly inferior product. No return email. Phone call disconnected me. Second phone call was told 14 day wait for a return email. This is headed for an obvious scam. After 10 email exchanges Vernier gave me a full refund and didn’t want their inferior crap bird 🦜 feeders back. This was in lieu of me paying to return their stuff and getting 85% refund which was the original offer. This was a miserable experience including waiting a month to get delivery. So am I happy? No. Am I even? Yes after a lot of effort. Stay away.

This an scam and reporting to my bank. Bought an item on april 4th be calling and customer service is trash all say the same thing u will receive an email bla bla and nothing. I have to cancel my card bc was charged in a Walmart Ohio and I am from Texas.Besides they have a place for live chat but the catcha is set up to fail even if you answered the questions correct.Folks there no way that's a real business.

Very poor rating. The company sold me a product at a “sale” price. When I tried to return the item, their fine print states that sale items are not eligible for returns. I am stuck with the item. Weeks after the sale, they tried charging my credit card 29.99 for a membership that they claimed was described somewhere in the order. Fortunately, my credit card declined the charge as unauthorized.

Still waiting for my item. Tracking shows picked up, then awaiting receipt of item then out for delivery and again awaiting item. It has been 2 weeks. Also, right after my order I was notified of fraudulent charge on the card. Gave them 1 more business day for delivery then contacting credit card company.
