This is the worst website I have ever ordered from!!! 2WEEKS!!! And STILL waiting for my order. I have called 3 times and sent one email and all I get is a rehearsed answer that my order will be sent ?? My final straw is this last call that I made again and this so called agent was eating what sounded like he was chewing on chips directly into my ear as he looked up my order. I was insulted that someone would give a customer such respect. This company is a joke and at this point probably a scam. So I can’t track my order because the tracking number offers no information and I cant call because there is no one that can simply let me know where my order is or get my account refunded for an order I have not received. I did not see HALF A STAR…. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!

Will never buy from this company again.! Purchase an item from them which I received. But recently saw 2 additional charges from verniershop for $29.99, totaling $59.98. As I am disputing these charges. I was told from my CC company it's a subscription. Complete SCAM! Never subscripted to this company. It was a 1 time purchase! You lost a customer for life for doing shady business! Shame on you!

Every negative review is 100% true! This company is a scam! DO NOT ORDER from them. Bought a "portable air conditioner" from them...what you find out when it arrives is that it is a humidifier with two ice packs--a joke! Next, I try to return it and they give you the run around: kept waiting for the email with return instructions that "would come in 24 to 48 hours." Surprise! It never came. When I called back annoyed, guy on cell phone with bad connection tried to gaslight me by making himself the victim of my "bad attitude." After talking over me, repeating the same script over and over, he hung up on me. These people are criminals...do NOT do business with them!

Got scammed. Purchased an item. Never received any purchase order number. After a week I called the customer service line to figure out what was going on, they took my info and said they would get back to me. Waited a week and still nothing, so I sent a email and got a prompt response asking for my order information which I provided. Later that night got a fraud alert from my bank stating multiple transactions from this merchant were trying to be processed. Luckily I was able to block them. Avoid this place at all cost. I should’ve read the reviews before making my purchase that was my fault.

Shady business!!! They posted a purchase to my credit card account when I have NEVER done business with them. Grrrrr...

Awful customer service and very shady people running it. Asked for a refund for a product that never arrived and they argued with me for 10 minutes before saying I “might” get a refund. DO NOT ORDER from them!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!! Two purchases, went smooth and beautifully....exactly what you hope for in a U.S.A. based company. WRONG!! my third purchase not only wasn't ever completed. I was mischarged even when my order wasn't fully received/refunded. Call the help number 850-403-3534 After a month.... I have yet to receive the refund for the items not received. Have yet to receive a refund for the mischarge. But, in the meantime, recognizing that I have a compromised card due to charges from other random companies and you guessed it, ANOTHER MIS-CHARGE from Vernier. Can't seem to get a manager or supervisor to call me back. But, I can keep speaking to Customer Service and have tickets opened. And have advice to keep my compromised card open longer and longer because, "the refunds are coming"!!! Still waiting Vernier.... waiting for you to rectify from your scammish company!!!

This shop was selling glasses as seen on TV, which supposedly changed your prescription and they were cheap junk. It took me weeks to receive the glasses and now this shop is refusing to give a refund and will not give me their return address. Avoid them. I will be turning them in to The BBB. I will be writing as many reviews as possible to let others know before I can show the BBB everything this company has tried to do instead of giving me a refund. I am a disabled citizen, which I told them and they haven't bothered to write back since finding out.
