Might have the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The call center couldn’t be bothered, got hung up on, called back probably 6 times before another answer, bad attitudes, lots of interrupting, they don’t really listen and are harsh with replies, telling me I’m “all over the place” when explaining the issue…?! Really interesting way to take care of people. 🤔 Ghosting on email multiple threads. Just very disappointing.
Would not recommend at all. So rude and a big hassle AND I even paid extra for the ultimate protection program which is clearly bogus… They don’t fulfill their promises/offers. Was promised partial refund at first then got ghosted, to which I called (after many emails) and then got promised a full refund for the hassle and also nothing… Still not resolved after weeks. Not cool.

Poor quality
Poor quality, poor customer service, Sketchy hidden fees, products don't work how they're intended to. First order never made it to my house even though tracking says it was delivered. But it was past 30 day of ordering it so they told me to Eff off. For customer service rep hung up on me because he couldn't understand me, second one more pleasant but couldn't help me. Basically stated " we had your money for more than 30 days it's ours now"

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!!!
OK, I thought I did my due diligence, but obviously, I didn't. I was looking for a portable AC for my daughter and while I did research on the AC unit reviews, I neglected to realize that this was just a third party site that sold various different products and what I received was a Cosway unit that was defective, didn't do anything that it was advertised. So, I called customer service 3 times.
- 6/24 - 1st time - I get hung up on
- 6/24 - 2nd time - Called right back and a lady got my info and she told me that I would get an email the next day
- 6/25 - 3rd time - Guy was trying to rush me off the phone and said I would get an email the next day.
- Emailed customer service since 6/25 and still no resolution.
They make their money hoping you forget you want to cancel and if you don't, offer you 40% to keep the unit. If you still don't want it, then they tell you that you need to pay $15 for a return label and then when you look at the credit card statement, you're charged $29.99. Serious, stay away from this company!

This is a horrible experience
This is a horrible experience. I will definitely not buy from them again. I brought something to fix my cell phone crack screen. The product was received late. By the time I receive it the product had leak all out. So I took a pictures of the product and email them to get a refund no response. So I called them the next day and spoke with a guy who was very rude. I told him and he preceed to tell me that I will not receive my money back unless I send the product back. On the website it said to just take pictures in order to receive your refund. The product I received was resin, so if you know anything about resin it is a loud smelling liquid. With that being said I threw it away immediately. So he told me I quote "Do you want to receive your refund or not and do you know how many calls I get a day about this" I just simply hung up because I just thought he was very rude. Do not buy from vernier shop.

Customer Service voicemail box is always full
Called to cancel order. A "3rd party" customer service rep told me they are contracted by Verniershop.com and that they would relay the cancel order request. I never heard from verniershop.com. I called the next day. The "3rd" party customer service mailbox was full for 2 days. The order was delivered and the voicemail box is still full. I stopped payment. I hope my ban cooperates.

SCAM ALERT!.
SCAM ALERT!.
Do not buy from this Chinese company. They miss represent themselves as an American company. This is a total scam in front different ways. Once you purchased from them online. They keep your CC information. Suddenly you are going to start seeing other random charges in your CC. As if they are paying themselves for no reason using your CC.
Besides what I mentioned above. I ordered 3 cameras from them. Took over 3 weeks to arrived. Well they were coming from China. Just to get a tracking number took about a week. On top of that. They sent the cameras to someone name “Jane” in New Jersey. This “Jane” person forwarded them to me. As if the cams were coming from NJ. But you can clearly see in your tracking number where they originated.
The cams were very cheap made. Temu would probably have better cams and that is saying something. I took a look at them. Put them back in their envelop that came in. Next day. Returning it back to “Jane” via priority mail.
After all that. They had the cynicism to want to keep my money. I kept emailing someone name “Mary” for my refund. They kept delaying. I requested my money back for about 3 to 4 times via email. Finally went thru my CC to make the report. Capital one put the money back in my CC. Guess what. Few days after. I see that vernier still doing random charges in my CC. Thanks to Capital one that alerted me immediately before they approved the charges. Even Capital One knew it was a scam. Once I confirmed I had not buy anything from them. Capital one declined their transactions. Aaron the same time. Capital one automatically had to stop my CC. To replace it with new one cause clearly my CC was compromised.
Lastly. Apple should take this company out of their store app. This is a clear scam company.

I purchased a mini micro sd pro camera…
I purchased a micro hd pro video camera (with so-called night vision lmao). It did absolutely nothing. At alI! So then I searched everywhere including overseas (where they're based--in China I believe) to find out more about these Vernier Shop scammers.
But I couldn't find any business titled Vernier Shop anywhere (except their website) despite my online searches. They are a complete fraud. However, the fake-mini-pro-useless-HD-camera experience has taught me to do some checking for bad reviews (or NO reviews at all --which is also a red flag) before paying out money only to be fooled once the gift gets delivered and unwrapped and its contents are exposed as a scam. Imagine a business getting paid for trading in prank-merchandise.Though I wasn't too upset (since the cost was minimal) but I did indeed feel tricked and rudely pranked I guess lol. But I knew I wasn't
on Candid Camera either, cuz the purported Mini-Micro Wifi-Wireles HD-Video Indoor-Security Camera with High Resolution and Powerful Night Vision was anything BUT! And not only was this camera absent of its Night Vision but it's Day Vision was pretty sheety too,to say the least. So I said all of that to say this: Do not give Vernier Shop your money unless you like donating to fraudsters. This Vernier Shop is not a legitimate business, but your frustration at not being able to contact them in a live chat to berate and castigate them will be legitimate frustration. But in the end, it's more legit to castigate myself for being a compulsive spender and not reading many reviews. But despite feeling a little conned, I still didn't wanna go through the hassle of trying to get 30 dollars back, I only wanted to give them a peace of my mind. But I could never reach them over the phone. Furthermore, the best peace of mind that I can give to an outfit like Vernier (while simultaneously warning others) is to tell them in a publicly-posted scathing review of their business practices. I've written brutally blunt reviews on a a couple of overseas sellers who were with Ebay. They begged me to change the review and they promised to refund the money and even told me to keep the product too. How lucky for them that their operation isnt selling through some organization like Ebay, they'd be shuddering in their boots and cringing at the thought of the amount of new customers that a SCATHING review such as mine would cost them. But I'm being more careful today to check em out first. I doubt Vernier feels the financial sting of any reviews, yet. They're hard to track down. But they'd be less likely to engage in such blatantly fraudulent behavior if they were going through Ebay. I'd show them no mercy with a written sentence. I'd pay them venom for their snake oil. Its better the devil they know...than the one they don't. Cuz if it's a product that is CONSPICUOUSLY different than advertised (but if I paid only 30 dollars or less),they can keep the money and beg all they want for a better review. I really don't wanna see them doing this to anyone else, plus it thrills me to no end to hear a con artist or liar beg when faced with some accountability. The customer is always right because its conducive to good return business. But a customer who has leverage to post their bad experience with a merchant in a public forum where it will likely be read, can be more than just a right-customer, with a nicely written statement, detailing the injustices of their used-car salesmanship and bait and switch advertisments, the customer has leeway to be more than just right. But we've been wronged by a merchant,we can be downright uncompromising and vindictive as we stifle back little giggles to ourselves while imagining the merchant's reaction as he reads the post of my little tattle-tale account of how he misrepresented his inferior goods and disappointments a good customer, a customer who's always right...and knows what to write...when he's been wronged. Thank you Ebay for allowing us customers to FEAR into their greedy little hearts 😁🤣

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!!!
I Bought a "portable air conditioner" and it did show up. I should have looked at these reviews prior to buying. I called Customer Service talked to a guy to see how much it weighed as a review said 75lbs or was that a typo. He didn't know and said to email CS, so I did. No contact back and I had to purchase to get the discount. I should have known NOT to buy it! It was ok but not powerful as it stated so I want to return it. BUT looking at all these reviews and looking under they're fine print return policy: discounted are considered final sales (this is how they get you as everything's discounted). Also you will have to pay shipping fees, 25% restocking fee and you will get a STORE credit. But what is REALLY weird is (I just saw a review on this site) is that today just a few weeks after my order; my CC company recognizing that I have a compromised card. Not sure if this is a coincidence or not. I had to cancel my CC and now seeing these reviews I would NOT EVER buy from them again. The Verniershop is also Vershop.co DON'T BUY FROM EITHER SITE! The Better Business Bureau says its NOT accredited as well! Thank you to EVERYONE who's shared their experiences.
