Do not order from this company. It is a true bait and switch. The specifications for my wreath were as follows: artisanal Consists of grapevine, silk flowers, floral wire, and plastic eucalyptus foliage Note: To keep this wreath safe from the weather, it is advised to use it in a covered place. Size: It is constructed on a 16-inch grapevine base, with a tip-to-tip length of 19–22 inches and a depth of 6 inches. What I received is a plastic 12” base with no grapevines, cheap looking silk flowers and nothing remotely looking like the picture in the ad. Additionally, shortly after I ordered it, my credit card was compromised.

Scams. If you bought something there you will never get refund, also they charged to subscription that I had never signed for it. Keep calling them every day and they keeping bs me ....

Website states 3-5 days. It arrived 8 days later. I had emailed them stating it hadn't arrived before vacation and to cancel order. It arrived while we were gone. Website states 30 day returns. I emailed asking for instructions to return and refund. Still unopened in box by front door. I was offered 40% on purchase refunded plus $25 credit on Website. 🤣. This company is a scam and I am posting reviews and reporting to my credit card company. Their customer service is less than desirable. Do not purchase anything from this company. Vernier Products. This order started June 27, today is July 8. Im still in my 30 day window!!!

It is not a trustworthy company. On top of that people are very rude when you call requesting for a refund. I sent the item back as per their request and never got my money back.

The company is a fraud do not order anything from this company! Do not order anything from this company! Complete fraud. Do not release your credit card information

Scam. Scam. Scam. I called the company to ask about a charge that they tried to charge on my card me twice but my card service blocked it and the lady hung the phone up on me.

Do not buy from these people. I bought a foot mat that has electrical pulses. For neuropathy care. It didn't work! But the real problem is they have tried to charge my Credit card another 29.99 And i did not buy anything!!!!!! Fraud

This company is awful. Do NOT purchase anything from them. I ordered a portable AC from them, my credit card has been changed and they did not send me a receipt. I have called four times and only once was able to speak to someone who promised me that my issue was being addressed and I would recover an email confirmation regarding if the order went through within 24-48 hours. I have not received any emails. I have called numerous times only to hear it ring, and either have a full mail box OR music and then their help line hangs up on you. I am convinced this is a total scam and now need to report the fraud to my credit card company. Not everyone loves Amazon, but I do know it is generally safe when ordering online. Please don’t waste your precious time or money on this company… also when you purchase from them the purchase comes up as something complete different than what you ordered.
