This is a total scam! I received my Farmhouse Christmas Wreath today and it is nothing like the picture or description on the website. Total switch and bait! Of course, no returns on “sale items!”. Ugh!!! Shame on this company!

They’re stealing money from my account and my bank inform me.I bought I blanket once and very very poor quality plus I was told they refund my money they never did and they started to stealing money from my bank account.

This place is a scam. They give you fake shipping times, then when you buy it is at least a week later. Then they tack on extra fraudulent charges. The images are all AI... Avoid this place like the plague.

I didn't even buy anything and was on hold for 15 mins then the lady gets on the phone and is very direct that the number on the website is for multiple companies and use the email address to get direct communication and slams the phone down and disconnects the call...I didn't get the chance to verify the email... Its a good thing I am saved now and i dont know what she looks like because I live in NC and the Corp office is in NC and I googled the address and it's 22mins from my house... I dont condone putting hands on a woman. .but the way she just talked to me got me playing DMX and NWA wanting to just ride over there and ask every a question to match the voice up!!! The South Bronx is about to be outside in NC!!!!!

Wrong product. Pics showed a different coat. Very cheap.

Product was fine. This company automatically signs you up for a 39.99 monthly subscription fee if you purchase from them.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I GOT THE TERMS ON RETURNS BUT WHEN I CALLED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WOULD NOT TOLERATE LISTENING TO MY GRIEVANCE ON THE REFUND AND TRACKING PART OF THEIR POLICY.....NOT ONCE, BUT TWICE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I THOUGHT THEY WERE S USA COMPANY....WRONG....THEY ARE USA BASED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT A USA COMPANY SCAM!

I ordered something for a specific event, halloween. They changed the shipping to be after halloween, so I immediately canceled. They said it was too late and on the way. I said I wanted a refund and they said they would talk to me after it showed up. After I showed up, they wouldn't give me a full refund unless I paid to ship it back.
