Terrible, terrible experience, I’ve always been a kind and nice person and I’ve never been treated by a customer service group like this before. If there is a negative score I will. The customer service was mean, and impatient, ask questions with attitude and hung up on you.

I wish I researched this more. The reviews on the site are all high rated. Not my experience. 1st somehow 2 units got ordered. When I got the email the next day with 2 orders I called to cancel 1. A very rude person was upset that I didn't have my order number handy and said they only have 2 minutes to help me. They said I would receive a cancelation email within 24hrs that I never got. July 22nd I got a shipping conformation that the order was shipped. I ordered it on the 15th. The site said 3 day delivery. I also paid another $14.95 for expedite shipping. 7 days to ship isn't the 3 day delivery and is especially not the expedited delivery. I finally got fed up by the 23rd and called to cancel. Eventhough it was stated I could cancel at anytime. I argued the point. The person took all my info and said I would be contacted by the cancelation dept by 48hrs. Not holding my breath. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I also emailed the company on the 22nd about my poor experience and have not heard back. I will order something else on amazon that has great customer service and fast shipping. It has been in the high 90's here with no a/c just fans. My poor black long hair dog and I are not tolerating this heat which is why I ordered this 8 days ago.

Purchased an item that came in exactly 3 color options. This was my second order of an electronic that didn't survive better part of year. Ok, fine, might've been during an automotive repair moment it was shorted out. All that said, what's $34.99 so I picked up a 2nd light strip for under my hood. How do they mail you the wrong color? Mein Gott. Anyway, the part they don't bother to consider is that you make an appointment with a mechanic, you only find out it's the wrong part when sitting there and the whole endeavor a waste. I called their Customer Service line. In my world, you make sure the customer is happy and you get them what they need STAT. Instead, the lady on the phone only does return processing which is 48-72 hours just for an address to ship it back to. In my world, the client gets their part, and they then get back the one they mailed mistakenly. That's how that works. But not here. It's just a waste of time folks especially if goes wrong on something this simple.

The scam goes like this: buy something cheaply, pay high shipping fees, and then be billed $29.99/month for a "subscription" to Vernier you never signed for or were told about.

If I could leave less than a star, I woud. Bought a fly trap through this company, caught zero flies. Have a recurring charge of $29.99 coming out of my bank account. I am furious that a company thinks they can take your money without your permission. What are they thinking?

So I ordered a bird feeder that I knew was not a motorized spinner, yet all I got for 29.99 was a piece of thin plastic crap from China. I called their third party "customer service" and it seems you can't send anything back unless they "let you." So I was told I would be getting an email with instructions, trust me, it's not going to happen!

Abysmal product quality and customer service to match. I ordered a grass/weed trimmer with a high speed rotating blade. It arrived with assembly instructions for a different product! I'm not going to risk my safety guessing how to put this thing together. Multiple phone calls and emails always resulted in the same response: "We'll send the instructions to you within 48 hours" Three weeks later? It never happened. Request for refund instructions? Also requested but never received. And the product itself is so flimsy it's more a toy than a tool. Just a complete waste of time and money.

IT takes water and ice packs! First off I ONLY bought the "portable air conditioner" because the description did not say it was an evaporative cooler. When I got it I tried it out and it's basically a fan, does not cool AT ALL even with chilled water and extra ice packs! And only blows on one side even when it's on swing. The remote didnt come with a battery had to buy one it was $12. Kept trying to return, called left messages sent email. Never got a reply. Now stuck with this FAN. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
