I wish I'd checked the reviews before I ordered ! I just received two birdfeeders, ordered from Vernier. These feeders look nothing like the advertised feeder. They are cheap crap and obviously made in China. Vernier's advertising is deliberately deceptive. Their salespeople deflect any enquiries about product origin. They also state that the products 'if not available from their US warehouse, are shipped from an overseas warehouse"....complete and utter BS ! Vernier's 'phone number is an answering service and if anyone answers, they are rude and unhelpful. I was fortunate...my credit card company gave me a full permanent refund.

HORRIBLE!!! They automatically sign you up for a membership if you purchase something and then charge you $29.99 a month!!!! WHO DOES THAT ??? They do not tell you unless you "read the policy" that you are automtically signed up for a membership you do not want that is very expensive - for nothing you get!!! Also the product I did purchase was terrible quality. Just bad all around.

Terrible customer service. Had to contact 6 times to find out when my item would arrive. It sat in their warehouse for 10 days before shipping. Was suppose to receive it within 10 working days and shipped from warehouse in 2-3 days. Reps dont care and send generic responses and blame others. Then when they couldnt track my package they said there is no order. Finally got my order with instructions on how to assemble in a language I dont know how to read. Pictures were not helpful. Next!

Bird feeder was bent, poor quality. Have had no luck I. Getting company to respond. It uses a third party for support and not helpful. I don’t think I’ll even try to send it back so I’m not further in the hole with mailing costs etc. Doubtful they’d follow thru on. Refund

They buy crap from China, etc., put a Nice Fancy Sales page to the product, and then sell the crap to Us consumers...I should of known better...

I made an order and was told it would ship within 3 days. Then it changed to 5-8 days to ship. A week had passed, and the order was not shipped yet. Then I find out the item was NOT in stock after all. They said now the order would have to come out of China with no expected arrival time. I told Venier to cancel the order, but Christy a rep said she could not as it was now out of their hands. Who knows if this order will ever come. I was going to check the box below that says let Vernier know about your situation but no sense in that they know very well my dismay.

SCAM! Horrible products and customer service. I ordered the portable AC which was broken. I've called them 5 times and emailed 10 times to request a return label. They keep saying they will send it, or they totally ignore my request. I also had an unauthorized charge of $29.99 for a subscription, which I reported to my card company and had to cancel my card. I finally got a reimbursement for the fraud subscription and still in the process of disputing my original purchase. I'm reporting this company to the federal trade commission. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

SCAM!!! Avoid at all costs. Crap products that don’t work and $29.99 / mo fee you don’t sign up for. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
