verniershop.comReviews of verniershop.com

Absolute worse bought 2 trackers for atvs and low and behold cc charge 17 days later of 29.99. I did not sign up for any membership. However, there website has a bunch of small print by saying if u do this u authorize us to charge etc. product is even harder to navigate. Should have just stayed on Amazon. This kind of thing has nvr happened with them in 17 years. Vernier store is horrible please stay away 1000%.Customer service is an absolute joke.

I am still being charged by this company. I had order something and when I had emailed to get more information they tried to say it was another company I had order through, so glad I took screen shots of all communication and transactions, even when I called the lady must have been having a really bad day, she was very rude. Even after I showed them proof they took from my account I am being charged another charge.

I purchased my fetal heartbeat doppler days and days ago from Verniershop.com I paid extra for express shipping and nearly a week later it is still not here.

Vernier Shop is a SCAM Site DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE SITE

Save your time and money before purchasing anything from this company. This company is horrible and customer service is bad as well! I purchased 2 portable ac units which did not work for me at all and I been trying to return 1 (which is still in box) since they dont take any returns after being opened and they're offering me 25% of what I paid which was over $150 for each and $25 credit for shopping. After not getting what I needed and they want to offer me that was literally a joke.theres no way I will take 40 dollars after paying over 150. So again, save your time and money.

This company is a SCAM. They charged me $29.99 each month for a "subscription" service that I did not sign up for. What I did order fell apart the first time i used it. Worthless crap!

This company is very, very rude and unprofessional. Ordered a chair cushion for sciatica on 7/26/2024 and today 8/2/2024 still have not received it. Checked for update to see information where the delivery truck is. It said at 6:00 am it was 1hour away. At 5:00 pm it never came. I called customer service that were really rude. I cancelled and was told I will receive my refund next Thursday, if that is even true. I really give them 00000 stars!!!!

They had a sale on some lamps that I'd been looking at, so wanted to order them. Tried multiple times over multiple days with multiple browsers on both my phone and laptop to order but it never went through. Kept getting a "parameters needed to use API" error. Contacted customer support via website link. They initially answered and asked for more info, then ghosted me. Called customer service. The agent said they had problems with the website and sent me a link that was supposed to bypass the problem. It didn't. No option to put the order through via phone. All other attempts to contact them failed. But, they kept sending me coupon codes for up to 60% off because the items were in my cart...just couldn't pay for them. Never was successful. Not a good way to stay in business if folks can't actually order from you.
