Do not order from this company. Days went on with no information on the bike racks I ordered. I called and its a third party that takes you call. They stated that they would forward to the production department and would get back in 48 hours. I asked why 48 hours and he said that's what they told me to say and said have a nice day and hung up on me.

I ordered items. I ordered from here because they offered "free 3-day shipping." After a week and the 2 order numbers emailed to me hadn't changed from not shipped for one, and waiting to ship for the other. I ordered because I needed the items. I emailed to ask when 2 phone calls, back to back, hung up on me. The first after being on hold for over 18 minutes, the second hung up on me after over 5 minutes on hold. I wanted to cancel my order, I was going to order the items from another vendor who could actually ship them. I was told "I"m sorry for your experience, let me look into this and see if we can cancel the order." 2 days later I get an email apologizing that they couldn't cancel the order because the items were shipped. I waited over 24 hours and checked the shipping link I got when I first ordered that showed the exact same thing it always showed. I added screenshots of this to the email with time stamps preparing to forward this stuff to my credit card when I dispute the charges. I was lied to, I called it out. I said I didn't believe anything that they said at this point, and I was prepared to go through my credit card to get my money back. I was then gaslit with an overly nice response, ignoring the lie issues, and telling me they would see about canceling the order. Add a couple more days and I finally get word they canceled the order (that was "already shipped and unable to cancel" a week ago). I ordered on July 25th, asked to cancel August 1st, followed up about canceling on the Aug 5th (same day the other vendor delivered the items I ordered on the 1st). Now finally, on the 12th, they give me my money back. If you need anything from this place, buy from Temu or other chinese direct buy company. That appears to be what they sell... with a markup. Terrible customer service, no real value.

Horrible place to order from sent WRONG CHEAPER item in a box with no PACKAGING! HAVE PHOTOS IF ANY DA OR CONSUMER IS INTERESTED IN CONTACTING ME

On the product page, it shows "free 30-day returns" and "30-day risk free guarantee". I tried to return them within 30 days and they're trying to charge me for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee!! I've been fighting with them about the "free returns" and the "risk-free guarantee" and they said that it doesn't apply to items on sale. They then pointed me to their return policy that states otherwise and ignores that the product page states free returns and risk free guarantee. They offered me a 25% refund and a $25 store credit--I refused both. They also charged me $29.99 without authorization. That charge I disputed and it was refunded. DO NOT ORDER from this site!! It's absolutely a total scam.

Never do business with verniershop or their vershop alias. I ordered a camera - it was a piece of crap but that's on me. They also gave me a subscription to some bogus service that I didn't authorize for $29.99 a month. Then new fraudulent charges started showing up for things like skin care products. I ended up cancelling my card and getting a new one issued.

After completing a $20 order with Vernier Shop (for a garlic press), the web browser directed me to a page asking whether I wanted 'order insurance'. I clicked "No", and my phone immediately alerted me to a charge ... three times. Immediately called the card issuer to ensure that the transactions were declined and have a new card issued. I fully anticipate having to dispute the original transaction for non-receipt. Time will tell ...

Never give card number, scam company, charged for 2 items ,only ordered one. He'll to get back, month later FRAUDULENTLY charged my card again! Never trust these scammers
