Call your bank immediately and get a new card if you gave them a card number. I had another charge attempt to post today. VISA and MasterCard rules allow you to dispute the transaction and get your money back whenever fraud occurs.

Such a scam. I've been trying to return an item. I contacted them through the email and they would get back to me quickly but as soon as I said I wanted to return the item, nothing. Haven't heard back. They give you a number to call but it's a 3rd party call center that can't do anything except pass a message to the company who then continues to ignore you.

Ordered product from them. My credit card flagged it and asked me if it was a legitimate charge. I said yes. Then a few weeks later they hit the card again for a $29.99 subscription fee I did not authorize. Very sneaky and underhanded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

What a scam company. They offered furniture protection from cat scratches in 15.7” X 78.7”. I ordered 4 of them for a total of $119.80. What I received after 2 weeks was 4 11.8” X 11.8” pieces. Yes they’ll refund my money less a 15% restocking fee - but it was not what they advertised. The support agent even had the gall to say it’s what I ordered. I doubt 4 pieces of thin stick on carpet costs $119.80. Do NOT do business with Vernier Shop

I ordered a bluetooth earpiece through Vernier and within days i got all of these charges as this company is part of a subscription service that steals your money without authorization. the companies are as follows: 1. Sernercompany.com $29.99 2. Decline Defense $34.95 3. Fc Logosonyour $34.95 4. Zoolase $34.95 5. Arden Products llc $34.95 Good thing i only transfer the money needed for my online order card or i would be out all this money every month. I've notified the Attorney General and filed a complaint with the FBI (IC3.Gov), under direction of the Attorney General

Advertising as a stand up air conditioner. Got this and was moving so didn’t try it for over 30 days. Tired it and it only blows air like a fan!!! Rip off- won’t take it back at all…and false advertising! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
