verniershop.comReviews of verniershop.com

Scam .. tried ordering a back massage chair thing almost over a month ago and this sh!t scam took 75$ !

I have ordered 11days ago. But my order didn't ship yet. I don't trust Verniershop and I don't recommend them.

I noticed a $29.99 charge on my credit card this morning that I did not recognize. It was from Venstore.co. I called the phone number and spoke with a very rude woman who said I had purchased something and signed up for a subscription, which I did not do. She said she "would take my word for it" and refund my money. I asked her if this was a legit business and she got extremely offended on the phone. I reported my card stolen. I went back looking at transactions and found another transaction on August 10th. After doing some searching I realized it was from a mini camera I had purchased on vernier.com. Apparently they sign you up automatically for a subscription. Stay far away from this scammer site(s).

For sure a scam! I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased anything from them. I tried to call and kept getting hung up on and the guy kept pretending to be someone else each time I called back. I hope this gets to anyone thinking about buying from this scammer.

I never heard of this company and they charge my debit card and then when I called down there the lady started cursing at me and said yes I did order this and that and I ordered a warranty I said why would I order something on one day and then 5 days later ordered a warranty I see get it off my card you we're going to have a problem don't order from there they're horrible

Do not buy from this company! Complete scam. I was charged a subscription fee of $29.99 that I did not sign up for. On top of that, the items I originally bought were terrible quality. They made it nearly impossible to return the items. If I could give them zero stars I would!

SCAM, SCAM SCAM Buyer Beware. This company uses five or so different billing addresses other than verniershop.com, Ven store, Vershop, Serner, Venier. On 8/17/24 I ordered a mini security cameras. I checked my on line banking and noticed 3 charges. I called immediately to cancel for credit. They posted two purchases and some bogus $4.95 insurance on 8/17/24. They credited 2 of 3 charges on 8/18/24. Then on 8/19/24 they charged 5 items on my credit card. Obviously he was using my credit card at his convenience. I had no choice other than to cancel my credit card. I've never in my 65 years spoke with someone as rude and conniving than this sleazy guy. He hung up twice on me when I asked why he was altering the charges on my card.

I bought two hummingbird feeders from them and the ones I received looked very cheap compared to the ones in the picture and that is not the worst part. Somehow or another when you buy something from them you are agreeing to let them charge the card that you use $29.99 per month until you reallize it and cancel! They must have some very fine print somewhere that trust me, you will not see when checking out. I looked everything over carefully and never agreed to have $30 charged to my card monthly. I called them up and canceled it and they said they're going to stop charging me and remove the first charge. Absolutely do not do business with these people that is absolutely misleading deceptive and fraudulent behavior. Hell was created for people like this!!!
