I ordered something from them last month and they automatically charged me a few dollars subscription for something so I called them and they supposedly canceled it. So today I get charged 29.95 for something that I have no idea what this is now. After reading many similar things like this happened to other people I’m going to contact law enforcement regarding this company

Did purchase and got item in 2 weeks but they charged 4.95$ for something I have not purchased and another 29.99$ monthly subscription that I did not subscribed, They told me that I will recieve refund in 2-3 business day but have not recieved any money yet.This website is SCAM, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Bad company to order from. Customer service rep lied to me about my order telling me is had shipped. Truth was it wasn’t even ordered. The gave me my money back but put a charge on my credit card for some kind of subscription. Trying to get my money back for that now

Do not order from this company!! Camera didn’t work and then we have been charged 3 times in the last Month for random “subscriptions”! When I did finally get someone to answer the phone he was super disrespectful!! Got another different “subscription” and no one answers The phone so tried the email route!! Uggg!!

Sammers. Scammers. Scammers. They automatically added a subscription of $29.99. I bought one GPS tracker. It has nothing to do with the subscription.

I ordered a portable air conditioner from them that did not work. I called the customer service number and spoke with a representative. She asked for my order #. I asked her to hold on while I retrieved that and she stated that she didnt have time to hold on and for me to call back. From that time forward no one answers my calls its as if my number was blocked. So I will never order anything from this company again

Scam! My wife bought something from Vernier Company in June. The merchandise was fine, and the charge posted no problem. 2 months later in August, a $29.99 charge shows up. I call the number, and she says it was for a monthly subscription (which they automatically enroll you in). She said she would cancel the subscription and issue a credit in 2 to 3 business days. I never got the refund and never expected to but kept my eye on my account to make sure there were no further charges. 1 month later in September, they tried to post a $29.99 charge on the same card issuer but with an expired card number, this time as the Serner Company. They are using a variety of names. DOJ should get involved.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED 2 TEXAS WILDFLOWER WREATHS, well, they arrived 2 weeks later, the wreaths looked nothing like the pics on their website, definitely not as described, size, material used, cheaply made…I called customer service, then sent an email, they responded that I could return paying to ship back and they would refund 50% then another 50% when received minus 15% restocking fee. Furthermore, when I attempted to leave a review on the website, I could only leave 5 star WTH
