I bought two wolf halloween masks. The photos showed hard masks covered in fur, EXTREMELY realistic to the animal. The real product was nothing like it at all, cheep flimsy latex, not realistic at all, and you can’t even see out of them. The site also showed the product as free 3 day shipping from Nevada…. NOPE, so far it has taken three weeks and I still haven’t received one of the masks. When I ordered, there was some kind of $29.99 membership to sign up for and I made sure I deselected it and also screen shot it just in case. I was notified by my cc company they tried charging me $29.99 and had to cancel and reissue a new card. I was a sucker on this one and typically don’t shop on sites like this, just really liked the photo of the wolf mask, uhgggg! Don’t be a fool like me!

They tried to double charge me for an order. I have requested a refund- we will see. I will never shop here again.

This company tried double charging my credit card $29.99 and I ended up having to cancel my card to keep them from stealing more money

I purchased an outside TV antenna, after putting it together I informed them that the motor on the antenna did not work, they asked for a video of it not working. I submitted that video, all they sent me was a transcript of our conversation which I plan on using to get my money back from the bank, if that doesn't work I plan on reporting them to FTC, the BBB and do my very best to get them shut down. I should've read the reviews about this place before buying. Thank God I didn't lose as much money as others have, but I will grantattee you this. I will do everything in my power to get the FTC, BBB and the FBI involved for customer fraud. Thank God I have a copy of my transcript I will use!

Never received product. They don’t give you a fedex, ups, or USPS, or any major shipping company tracking number. They only let you track via their website and it sounds fishy! They use European or British English saying “package has left Centre” or “package is on its way to your zip code”. Not normal tracking language. When you call them all they say is I can forward it to someone. When they email you they say nothing they can do, they say it says it is delivered on the website nothing we can do. Paid $55 for a baby anti reflux bed. Horrible company and seems like a scam. It states it was delivered at 1am! Who delivers at 1am? SCAM! Stay away!!!!

This really is a fraud company! I had the exact same experience as others who have reported their fraud. It took forever for my product to arrive, when it did everything was in Chinese and no user manual. Then I got a reoccurring charge of $29.99 and two other fraud charges from another company. I had to cancel my debit card. It's taking me hours to reset my debit card. I am really hoping that someone holds this company accountable for corrupt business practices. I have to say, it was shocking to see so many reviews with the same exact fraud as mine.

Absolute fraud of a company. I'm pretty sure they are just buying and selling credit card information. Do not go any where near these thieves.

I WILL CALL AGAIN TOMORROW TO SEE IF I CAN GET A HUMAN THAT UNDERSTANDS PLAIN ENGLISH. IF NOT, I WILL JUST DISPUTE THIS UNAUTHORIZED THEFT OF THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!
