SCAM- I purchased some gloves which we’re supposed to be heated. When I received them, it was clear they had no heating capability. I requested to return the gloves for a full refund. The response I received was I would have to pay for shipping , once received, they would credit me 50% of the cost minus a 15% restocking fee.

SCAM. GO ELSEWHERE. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE. Ordered a chair cushion for a recliner. What I received LITERALLY fit a toddler seat in a car. I paid $40 for a full size recliner cushion and received a child's seat. Also was flimsy and not supportive. Customer service person, Mac, said that he would refund half the money upfront then remaining upon delivery minus a restocking fee. I responded that I wanted a full refund ESPECIALLY SINCE IT WAS THEIR FAULT. Further, did not provide a return shipping label. I had to PAY to return the product! Already costing me more money. To date, I have never received the refund at all.

I purchased an item for my son's birthday. The purchase was made on November 16th. The site said it would be 3 days for delivery. Tomorrow will be a month and I still haven't received the item. Then I get an additional charge on my card today for no random reason.

CAN I GIVE IT A HALF OR NO STARS? I ordered a heater that the site shows 3-day shipping on, and it took almost 2-weeks to get to me. That 1. 2. when they charged me for the heater, they waited to post a separate charge the next day to my card for a warranty I didn't sign up for. I emailed CS to ask about the sperate charge and they refunded it 2 days later. Wonder how many people they've done that to? Also, every email sent takes 2 days for them to respond. This would push you past that 30-days if you were close. 3. The product didn't work out the box. I had it about a week and started the return process, which is not easy. They make you work for it. Then they tell me I have to pay for the return shipping and because I bought it on sale, I have to pay a 15% restocking fee which they don't even have posted as part of their return policy. The email reads like if it had purchased at full price and not on a Black Friday sale there wouldn't have been a restacking fee. They still carry the product, and it is now back to full price. Probably wouldn't even had been this big a deal if the product had worked when I finally did get it, but it didn't. **I CALL SCAM...Tries to get your money in every way possible. They also have a bad security rating after I looked them up. Should have done that first! **

BUYER BEWARE! Purchased an item using this site. Received the item after a lengthy shipping process. Then noticed yesterday a supposedly recurring charge of $29.99/month that I did not authorize. Please think twice about purchasing from this merchant. Please realize that this company is trying to scam unaware consumers! Totally despicable!!

this site is a scam, I did not confirm the purchase because I saw below that they will be withdrawing $39 per month in the future, in addition to the cost of the purchased goods, but they withdrew money from me for the purchase without my confirmation. I immediately called my bank, cancelled the payment and asked to block my bank card.

Beware this “business” will charge you without authorization. I purchased one item from this site, which wound up being fake, and they proceeded to charge me $30 a month for the last three months. No where on the purchase site or order confirmation does it say they will be doing this. I did not sign up for anything or give my consent for these charges. Also do not trust the reviews on their site. When I tried to leave a review for the fake product they sold me their site wouldn’t allow me to click on anything less than five stars.

Product has no name or brand, no instructions and no extra parts like all the other brands of saw sharpeners. It took 2 weeks and Amazon took 1 day, had instructions and additional sharpener stones. Don't waste your time. Not a good experience at all.
