The crystal mug I ordered was not crystal. It is some sort of resin. It looks nothing like the pictures on their website. They also are trying to charge my credit card for a subscription I did not sign up for.

$5.95 extra charge arbitrary. How can I trust them?

Its been 9 days since I ordered. The tracker is junk, as of yesturday tracker said it was still in China. Today I received email its been delivered. No did not arrive. I called them and she said disreguard that email, they had system problem and will get a new email with tracker information. Even thou she had my acct and purchase number, she could not tell me where my item was. SCAM SCAM, dont buy a damn thing from this company. Its time this country takes action and shut down this junk coming out of China.

I think this is a scam and I also think the positive reviews posted here are suspicious at best. They all sound similar. They promise to answer the phones 24/7 and don't. They promise prompt customer service via email and don't. And most importantly, they take your money and DON'T deliver! The address posted on their website is a residence in NC and their phone # is a FL number. Facebook looks suspicious as well. Just wish I had checked it out before I ordered. My bad. Reporting to ftc.gov. immediately. Update: The product I ordered did eventually arrive, but it took almost a month and was grossly misrepresented in both size and quality. (I wish I could post a comparison picture.) I still never received a reply from the company on any of my inquiries. (Even though they promise to reply within 48 hrs.)

Clown Show. Nothing but a scam. AMEX refunded my money. They are the biggest scam on the web!

I purchased a crystal mug from Vernier shop because they stated US owned and operated, and that the item shipped within three days from Nevada. Turns out the item is shipping from China. When I contacted them, they said their US stores sold out so they were shipping from a warehouse overseas. I requested a refund and they stated I could pay to ship the item back or I could keep the item and get 50% back. I ordered 13 days ago and I still have not received my item, so I don’t even know if I’m going to like the product or if it is the same as what it advertised online. I paid double what I could’ve paid elsewhere because they stated they were US owned and operated and I would have it quickly. I’m very frustrated because this was a Christmas gift and because I would not have purchased from them if I knew it was a product coming from overseas because I could purchase those on Amazon and I hoped it would be a better quality product.

Service is as awful as their products. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service via email, phone and website, not one response. Avoid Vernier Shop at all costs.
