Scam, ordered 12/5/24, confirmation said would arrive in 10 days, heated gloves, tracking absurd, received cheap worthless gloves on 12/26/24, then notified by bank of fraud charges - 2 $29.99 on 12/27/24. Same story as all of these other people. Beware!

I bought a flashlight and they Proceeded to sign me up for some kind of membership that. I knew nothing about so I've been double charged and the flashlight is plastic. That's not what I ordered. It didn't come with the battery. The charger or the case as it appeared in the order.

Bogus company! Do not buy from them. Ordered 12/4/24 and as of today, never received item. (12/28/2024). I called and got nowhere except that they would put in a request for shipping update. Worthless! And to top it off I got a SCAM unauthorized charge on my credit card for 29.99 on 12/25/24. Nothing ordered from them so they SCAMMED us!!!!! Contacted our CC company to shut off.

Scam and fraud. Never delivered original order and now charged me 29.99 three weeks later. Auto respond from customer service, but at least easy to work with my credit card company. Do not trust and cancel your card if you’ve ordered EDIT: got a hold of chat, and they charged my card even though I had not authorized it. I sent them a screen shot of where I had unchecked the box of the “membership”, as I ready every word when I check out. So, be wary even if you uncheck this box, as they will still charge. Supposedly I’ll have a refund next week. I’ll update if not.

UPDATE: Received an message saying my package was delivered. Walked outside and no package was left on my porch. Emailed the company and threatened to report them to BBB and what do ya know my package was delivered 2 days later. Go figure🤦🏻‍♀️. I ordered a "vintage microphone light" for my brother for Christmas. It was pretty neat and seemed like a good deal(almost too good to be true) but with everything being so hectic and a long list to buy for I didn't have the time to read reviews. After ordering I got a bad guy feeling and went and looked at some reviews. What they had pictured was not what they advertise. The little guitar that it came with looked like it was carved out of foam and looked NOTHING like the picture. So I went on the better business bureau and sure enough saw it was a scam site. I also read that you start seeing unauthorized charges on your card. I cancelled my card right away and got refunded from my bank. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I don’t write reviews so I would read this. This company is such a scam reached out after five days when my item was supposed to be delivered and it says they reply within 24 hours. I haven’t gotten a reply for five days. Then all of a sudden, my package was delivered the day after And then my card got charged a month later for $29.99 There was nowhere in my final review before I placed my order that there would be another charge for $29.99. So I contacted customer service didn’t get a Response for two days. Then I got an email today that said to send screenshots of the charge that was on my account and they will dispute it to get a refund. I sent the screenshots still no response finally called and got through to somebody. They said they will take my card off and refund the $29.99. Customer service with this company is a joke either it’s a very poorly managed company it’s a scamming company. I did receive my item, but I will never purchase from this company again
