I’ve been told twice someone would contact me in regards to an order placed 3 weeks ago & no contact has been received. An agent spoke to me with an attitude, hung up then tried to pretend it could have been 1 of the other 25 agents he claimed was there. The tracking is not working and I will be trying again in a week to request a refund. So 4 an update- my son wanted the coat & although I was not pleased with the value the fact that my money did not go to waste & I avoided disputing a refund I decided to learn & keep it moving. I am now attempting to retrieve an additional $29.99 charge that was taken from my account by them the day after I posted this review. It’s always a bought lesson that is learned when attempting to purchase online, I will most definitely check the majority of reviews prior to purchase or avoid online purchases altogether.

I found 2 products that I wanted so I ordered them through Vernier One order took from 12-5 to about 12-27 to receive and the other never has shown up that I also ordered on 12-5. Then they tried to scam me by charging my card 2 times for $29.99. It was for a so called discount membership program of some kind that I never wanted. I was told that I should of opted out so they would not charge me. The two items I order apparently came from two different merchants. My Chase Bank sent me notices about these charges because they said they were scams. They blocked both of them for me. Then again on 12-30 they tried again and used another company name and it went through, even though I never ordered another item. Poof that they are crooks. I again had to call Chase and they reversed it. Apparently there are several companies that are in on this rip off scam. One is SeronlineCo phone is 980-385-4412 and the one that tried twice is Sernerco. 850-403-3534. It's a shame that they have other companies try to rip us off. Chase also reversed the 2nd one. Now I have to go after Vernier since I never received my 2nd order. Stay away from these outfits, use Amazon instead. Also, I had to cancel my credit care to keep them from trying again and I will receive a new card. I will have to let all of my companies to change card numbers. Something should be done about these crooks.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company's website bills it as American-owned. Even if it is, I suspect it's a Chinese front. When I ordered gloves on 12/03/2024, the order platform said to allow 5-7 days for delivery. It is now Jan. 3 and I have yet to receive my gloves. I've emailed several times and called twice. Suspiciously, updated tracking information appears immediately upon contact and always advances the package closer to the destination. However, with the last change, made 12/27, the company outsmarted itself. It listed the package as being within one mile of the delivery address, which means I should not still be waiting six days later. LOL, following my more recent contact, the parcel retreated to a more ambiguous location. I am planning to report this outfit to the Pennsylvania Attorney General and to the AG in North Carolina based on my experience and others who have posted here saying their credit cards were charged more than once. I also will dispute the first charge to my credit card and alert Barclays Bank to deny any subsequent ones. If a company is drop-shipping from China, it should alert the buyer in advance.

This is a scam! Do not buy from them. I ordered a pet cover for my backseat and never received it, but they certainly kept my money.

This seems to be a bit of a scam. The shipping time is atrocious, and they signed me up for a $30/month membership without ever asking for my consent.

I ordered a Coccyx And Sciatica Pain Relief Cushion Seat × 1on 12/13/2024. I observed the same obtuse tracking information as other buyers on this blog. On Jan.1, 2025 I received a fraud alert from my bankcard for a charge of $29.99! The merchant name was NOT Verniershop, but from a vendor called Serner. WTF! I managed to surf the net and get Serner's phone number, and found out that Serner handles calls/issues from dozens of companies (including Vernier). If you go to Vernier's website Freq asked Questions, they state that AT THE CHECKOUT you have the option of signing up for their VIP service. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY FALSE! I checked the original order and receipt. There is no option. This company signed me up without prior or intentional authorization from me. I now have to wait for a new credit card from my bank to arrive (Thank Bank of America stays on top of these fraudsters!) which is frustrating because I now have to change all my vendors who get paid on this card. (Apple Pay etc.) There should be a FTC law that forces these companies to divulge if they are overseas or USA. My NewYears resolution is to buy locally and forgo the online hookers from China. Horrible company. Website said shipping from US and shipping actually came from china. Didn't move from the same spot in China for 3 weeks. They also added an extra $4.99 charge that I didn't approve. A month after ordering they tried to charge my card 2 more times for more than the original price. Had to get a new card because of them being fraudulent. Finally recieved product the day after Christmas when I ordered it before Thanksgiving.

(1) Ordered Christmas present Dec 12th - Vernier Shop charged my credit card immediately. (2) Tracking: "package is on delivery truck" Dec 21st (3) No package-Dec 27th. I live 2 states away from them. It's not far. (4) Called Vernier - put me on hold, then they ended my call. I never talked to anyone - got cut off. (5) Email from Vernier - Dec 30th. Package delayed - 20% Refund for trouble. (6) Full price charge to my credit card a SECOND time Dec 31st - my bank called me. I marked it as fraudulent. ***Terrible experience - don't recommend.
