I ordered a nativity scene December 14, did not receive until 12/27. Items look nothing like the picture, not handcarved and not made in the USA. I could purchase nicer items from the dollar store. Was a beat up cardboard box and styrofoam-no indication of a proper box from a reliable company, like Willow Tree. Complete junk and I paid $127. Then on top of that, I see a $29.99 charge on my credit card. Come to see that there was a checked box way on the bottom of the complete order page that automatically signs me up for a membership. I did not see this as it was way underneath the complete order button that I clicked. Complete scam. I am disputing with my credit card company. They want me to ship the item back at my expense and give me 50% refund until they receive it for the remainder 50% refund with a 15% restock fee. So I will be out of at least $40?!? Horrible! I learned my lesson.

SCAM!! STAY AWAY!! FAR, FAR AWAY! Don't waste your time or money. On Dec 6 I purchased a Steampunk Whirling Wonder fidget for $19.97 for my grandson for Christmas. On Jan 3 it finally arrived from China. Cheap quality. Didn't move as easily as the videos portray. Very stiff to turn. 2 pieces popped off within 15 minutes because clips holding it to center piece broke. It did include 2 spare clips, and my grandson got it back together, but then more clips broke. Trashed it. But then, to add insult to injury, I noticed a charge of $29.99 on my credit card that I definitely had not made. I called my card company to dispute the charge, and they gave me a phone number for this company. When I called, I was told that I had authorized additional mystery purchases. Oh, really? Fortunately, my card company reversed that charge.

Like everyone else. Ordered something, took weeks, it was a piece of crap. Added a charge for shipping protection which was not authorized, and charged me 29.99 a few weeks later because somehow I joined a membership! Generally speaking I keep my eyes open for this stuff but didnt see it at all. I Hate POS companies like this. You just want to grab the owner by the neck and smack him(or her) around a bunch. And Im a non violent liberal!

Giving this 1 star because you have to rate - but seriously, no fraudulent company should get any stars! I ordered a sock threader from them and declined the warranty. Next day I saw I was charged for the warranty. I automatically "unchecked" the box which they automatically check for you. Then I contacted the 850 number and this guy says he apologizes and sent me a follow up email saying it is cancelled but it is still pending on my cc. Also, noticed an "odd" WNB number sent as my "tracking" number - there is no legitimate shipping company with the number they gave me - I searched it. Now I get an email saying it has shipped. Immediately I get another one saying that it may be delayed if it has to come from their "overseas" location. Firstly, I searched for this product "made in the USA" and they came up. The "photo" appeared to be of superior workmanship compared to some on Amazon so I was excited to find something that "looked" sturdier even though a few more dollars than Amazon. I am now very concerned - my CC company says to contact vendor and if they charge anyway to dispute it. Fortunately I do NOTHING through PayPal anymore because in a past purchase where the vendor lied and said it was delivered PayPal did nothing for me and sided with the "fraudulent vendor." I have emails where they sent info (save any of those you may receive!) and paid directly through reputable cc company. I did email them warning them to cancel everything. As an aside, the Charlotte, NC address given on their website is a $1 mil. plus home in Charlotte, NC and yet they have an 805 area code. Could be a drop-ship scam (from China) run by the scheming punk in rich mom and dad's basement there OR they just spoofed an address. My speculations naturally - but hey, these days anything possible. IF you have been scammed by them - fight back! Make a BBB claim as well and if possible. Email them too with written proof of your grievances and keep copies!

I wish I would have read these reviews before. I ordered my product the same thing as everybody else. This site is a complete fraud.

Ordered 2 wreaths. Said they would ship right away. Ordered Dec 11th. Received one wreath on Jan 3rd damaged and not the size advertised. Ad says 17x17, mine was not even 12 Inches. One of the bells was broken and cheap quality. The other wreath I never received. Requested refund. Buyer beware.

BE WARNED! SCAMMING SITE! Any review >1 and or positive review is from an insider within the company. Bought 2 100,000mAH power bank,took weeks only to deliver a 1500mAh, all damaged. Aslo, few days later, notice at late hours(11pm to 1am) they keep deducting money from my account without my consent, called an agent and he said he does not know who did that- Terrible, yet they won't refund my money and keep on trying to withdraw from my card. Have to change my card just because of them! This is run by a group of scammers!!!

Definitely do not buy from this company. Looks as if they are American company but are really from China. Took 20 days to get my package and tracking was terrible. Got charged a $30 fee for a membership I never signed up for and had to call to cancel, and when my package arrived it was the wrong product. Not the product I was promised, but a cheap knockoff. Then when I contacted customer service to get a return started, the stated that they could only do a 85% refund, 50% then and the other 35% when they received the package back at the warehouse. 15% taken off for a "restocking fee". Only after arguing about how I wouldn't get a full refund for a product that wasn't even correct, did they argue they would give me a full refund, still only upon receiving the package. Terrible experience and terrible products. Do not order from here.
