After reading glowing reviews on their website, purchased a pair of magnifier glasses (there is no specific name of product on the box). Was planning to use these glasses for needle work. However these glasses do not magnify what you’re looking at. The only time I could see anything is when you hold your item up against the glasses! How could you do anything working that way? I’m returning product and understand I have to pay shipping but I was also told that I would be charged a 15% restocking fee! Their website doesn’t say that and it states I will receive a FULL REFUND within 30 days. I anticipate that this isn’t going to go smoothly 😖. Buyer beware! UPDATE ….just checked my bank account and was just charged $29.99! I’ve never even heard of this company until this Christmas. Didn’t create an account or sign up as a member but had to give them info to make a purchase and then my card number. Contacted my bank immediately regarding this fraudulent charge!!!!! This company is a scam and don’t trust them!

Purchased a XL heated vest for Christmas and it arrived too small. When I called about an exchange, I was told you can't return after 30 days and was hung up on. I called back telling them I was attempting to exchange the item because it was incorrect and was told I couldn't exchange the item after 30 days either. Shops usually have a bit more flexibility with the holiday and being hung up on was inappropriate and rude. I also received a $29.99 charge the next day for a membership fee. Membership fee!!! Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.

I ordered 2 of the exact item, paid for them 12/7/24. I received 1 item about 1/2/25 after several follow up emails and checking my order# and delivery tracking #, which just showed delivered. After receipt of the one item, I contacted them a few more times without much response. I told them yesterday that I want info or my money back. I called this morning and got, I believe, the same woman who disconnected me twice but also attempted to tell me it was an issue with my phone. The third time I started to give her my order# and she interrupted me to tell me how it was going to go, she was going to ask questions! We finally got through the call and I still don't have an answer! Their customer service is horrendous! NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Do not purchase anything from the site. It is a scam and they will draw randomly from your account. I’m waiting for a charge to post so I can dispute it on my account. I received an item from them not as described and considered it a loss due to not performing enough research.

Simply do not buy from this company. I experienced a bait and switch tactic on the world’s brightest flashlight

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in my purchase. The product illustration is VERY misleading. The illustration makes the product look quite large, but in fact it is miniature, holding only a few ounces of hummingbird nectar. It also took a very long time to arrive. And it does not assemble very well. THE FOLLOWING also happended to me: scam, numourous fraudulent charge attempts all over imediately scam, instantly a number other companies with different names from all over the place simultaneously tried charging the exact same amount and then smaller amounts. triggered security on the credit card, 2 actually went through. Had to get a new credit card. Believe the negative reviews!

Order a Christmas gift (gloves) they never arrived. I reached out multiple times and just got "sorry they are delayed". When I use the tracking information it just looks like the package leaves the post office and goes back to the post office every day but never delivers to my house. Its been "in my city" for 10 days now. Scammers

Do not order from this site. It is a scam. They say they ship your order but don't. They charge your credit card extra for clubs/reward programs you never signed up for. Their customer service is slow and not helpful. The phone number they provided was never answered. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
