Ordered two watch. Was supposed to be shipped in 3-4 business days from the U.S. later received email that it is being shipped from China. Every time I call customer service, they come up with a different answer. First they say wait until one week before they cancel, then they said they have cancelled and emailed confirmation will be received in 24 hours and when I didn’t receive, they told me they cannot do anything unless the watches are delivered. Been two weeks. Fraud and deception!

Avoid like the plague. My "Heated Gloves with Rechargeable Batteries" came 10 days late with 0 batteries. When I reached out, apparently the gloves don't come with batteries, nor can the gloves even be heated. At first they wouldn't let me return without providing my credit card number. Then when we finally got past that, it was that I'd get an 85% refund. Once I kept fighting, now it's 100% but I have to pay to ship them back. This company is a scam.

This "company" is a scam. Do not buy from them. I ordered from them over a month ago. I am yet to receive my item.. I was then charged, less than a month later, an additional $29.99. A charge, like everyone else, I never signed up for, agreed to, nothing. Now I will likely have to cancel my credit card. All of these positive reviews are also clearly generated by a bot. Fake names, using product descriptions as a reference point. STAY AWAY!

I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered a pair of heated gloves for my dad for Xmas. Shipping took a couple of weeks which is to be expected around Xmas. No problem. PKG finally came and all that came was the gloves themselves. No batteries to charge, no charging cable, no user manual. Not even a pick ticket or ANY paperwork whatsoever. I reached out to customer service and they said the "Team" they contacted said that it is supposed to only be the gloves. $59 for just a pair of gloves?? The website clearly says "rechargeable battery packs included". So not only did they scam me on the product. They will charge me a restocking fee because they didn't send what their website claimed they did. This company is a scam. Period. Also, I have never written any type of review on any site in my entire life. stay away if possible. This company will simply take your money and then charge you when they send way less than what is paid for when you want to return.

I ordered a wreath that was to be To be delivered in 3 to 5 days from Nevada. It took 30 days and the wreth that I ordered I ordered a wreath that looked absolutely nothing like the picture. My 5-year-old grandson could have done better. I have reached out to them repeatedly for a refund and now will take it out with my credit card company. This company is a scam.

I ordered a product for Christmas and it showed it would get there in time. It was sponsored by google so I thought I could trust the company. It is the 7th of January and it is still not here. When I made the purchase I was hit with multiple charges from different names and now I am getting tons of spam emails. Stay away from this company and don’t trust google sponsored companies

I ordered from this site for Christmas, specifically seeking an American-made product. They advertised 3-day shipping for holiday shopping, which seemed perfect. However, I later received an email stating the item would ship from their overseas warehouse—in China, no less. I placed my order on 12/18, but it didn’t arrive until 1/7—far from the promised 3 days. Today, I received an alert from my bank that the company attempted to charge $29.99 for a subscription I never authorized. At checkout, there was an option to sign up for this subscription, but I made sure to uncheck the box. Despite this, they charged me anyway. Thankfully, my bank declined the charge, and I reported it as fraud. Do not purchase from this site. It’s a deceptive scam!
