pro: does actually ship product! Cons: THEY ARE A SCAM. If you buy anything they will charge your credit card 29.99/month for a "subscription" to... gawd knows what? I think that -they- think that hiding a subscription in the terms is somehow legal. Luckily Amex already knows they're scammers and flags them immediately. Unfortunately you might need a new card because the "cancel subscription" button on their page doesnt do anything. :(

This company is a scam! I ordered 2 pair of their glasses for night driving. I never received them. After several e-mails back and forth from me to them stating they were investigating this matter Today they state the glasses were delivered on 12/21/24 to my front porch. I am retired and home all day. The delivery man would have knocked on my door and handed me my package. It's a shame that there are people out there who just want to take advantage and steal from hardworking people, especially with times being so hard now. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE RUNNING A SCAM!

Scam for sure. They sent me a product weeks later that looked nothing like the photos (flimsy material, bent, wrong shape entirely, size was tiny). Committed fraud with my card, charging my credit card weeks later under a different name from their first charge (“sereyshop”) so I had to get a different card issued before I even realized the two were related. It’s a “subscription” you don’t agree to anywhere or get a receipt/email record of; what could you possibly even be subscribing to? Their website reviews are fake and you can’t change the star rating from 5 stars to anything else (though you can also tell they’re fake because there are no photos even though they let you upload photos). Finally their site also “glitched” and charged me extra for insurance that I declined during checkout but they did at least refund that because I caught it right away, only because I get texts on every transaction.

False Advertisement. I ordered an item that did not match the description. The item was even different than the image on the box. Not satisfied with the response. I am expected to pay for shipping for an item that does not match what I paid for. Phone customer service person was rude and not helpful. Do not shop here

My experience would be a zero if there was such!! We ordered my brother a Christmas gift, which was supposed to be here by Christmas and never came. Then they had the audacity to charge us for a recurring subscription that we NEVER purchased. This shop is definitely a scam shop as you can never got anyone on the phone.

DO NOT BUY: Please don't buy anything from this site. I cancelled my order within 10 min or placing it and requesting the cancellation. they responded 4-5 days later saying it has already shipped and they charged me an unauthorized fee for 29.99 claiming that I signed up for a subscription fee. which I'm sure I didn't as I always pay attention and read everything before checking out. I have filed a scam alert with my bank and have changed my card so please read mine and other review and stay away from this site.

SCAM!!! I ordered a Christmas gift for my husband in November I got an email saying the shipment was going to be delayed a few days later. COOL so I thought. I kept up with tracking and the package never moved. Called CS only to hear music playing each time I called. Now 12/20 I was getting worried it would not arrive on time. I emailed no response. Emailed again and cancelled the order, they offered me an 8 dollar refund. Emailed again and to refuse the offer now they offered 50%. I disputed the charge, while looking at my statement I saw another charge UNAUTHORIZED !! I emailed and told them if they didn’t refund me I was reporting it to the AG. Anyone who has been scammed by this company should report it to FCC.

Scam site and can't even trust the scamming website to give a credible review of this shop. I ordered a coffee mug Dec.16th and was supposedly in transit the 17th but never got past that date. Called "service" department and they said they would send an update regarding transaction. Said they could give me no further information. Did I get an email? Of course not. They also tried to charge me the 5th of January for items I did not order and tried again on the 6th. Why do garbage people exist?
