Buyer Beware!! I ordered a "squirrel proof" (spinning) feeder for $27.90. They sent me a plain plastic feeder. When I asked for an exchange, they claimed not to have the item I had ordered in stock and required me to pay for return shipping if I wished for full refund, or keep the item and get 50% back

was ordering a portable lapstop stand ... what is puzzling is this site purports many reviews, secured payment, says it's an American company (NC) and product is American-made. Yet, when my transaction didn't initially go through, i received an immediate fraud warning from my cc company. i called the vendor at the toll-free and got someone with a very thick Asian accent. i asked where the company was based and she wouldn't answer. she said, "look at the website." the strange thing is it looks so legitimate but i now have serious reservations....

scam site. they steal your card and charge it later to see if you notice. serner, cerner, some variation of that.

They will charge you $29.99 a month and without you signing up for subscription all you have to do is buy something and your card will be charged. Not to mention a ton of other business will charge your card due to this scam site. Within one day my card was being charged $100. Please don’t buy from here. Also my product is JUNK

Terrible service and shipping time is almost forever and a day. Cant tell you how the product is because i am still waiting on it. Another week and and it will be a month. Service does not help, unless you want to hear someone tell you to just keep waiting.

Buyer beware!! This company is a scam. I ordered electric heating gloves. I was sent a pair of regular gloves that look like they came from the dollar store. When I contacted customer service they confirmed their error and offered me a 50% refund. Completely unacceptable. If they make it right and send a full refund, I will remove my review.

Be careful with this store, just as another reviewer mentioned. The products come from China, not North Carolina as claimed. Regarding reviews, you cannot give a one-star rating—it’s automatically set to five stars, and you cannot edit or change your review. I received a defective product that doesn’t work, and they suggested I keep it in exchange for a 50% store credit. Why would I keep something defective that’s essentially garbage? Returning it would just mean wasting more money.

Horrible! Company sold me an expensive flashlight that did not last 4 months. Would not replace. Poor quality product and bad customer service. Disappointed.
