They do have products. They're bottom barrel crap. Paid for expedited 3 day shipping. Got the item in a month. They also sold my debit card info and a month later $300 were gone. I knew it was them because it was the ONLY transaction I had that had to go through a bunch of different routing that made my credit bureau keep making me verify charges. I had to keep verifying declining charges over a month and all of a sudden money was gone.

It took 3 weeks to get my merchandise which was advertised as 3 day free delivery. I'm surprised it even came because I believe this company is fraudulently attempting to make purchases under different names on my account. I have closed the account so they can't attempt to charge on my account anymore.

This so called "company" is a scam. They will charge you 5.95 even though you opted out of that delivery protection service or whatever it is. Never received my product and it's been a month. They do not answer the phone as it constantly goes straight to voicemail after one ring. STAY FAR AWAY. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

I ordered 2 sets (each set of 4 glasses) for $86. They sent me 2 glasses. As it was to be a gift and doubtful I would get a correction in time they tell I have 2 choices. 1-I have to pay for the return and pay restocking fee and refund would be issued or 2-keep the glasses and get a 50% refund. Since it was their error I think it’s unreasonable I should be paying anything. I would not purchase from this site.

3 times I called the "contact us" phone number, and 3 times someone answered and I said I have questions about 2 products and every time the person hung up on me. Horrible customer service. I'm taking my business elsewhere

If I could it be zero stars immediately after purchase I was charged additional 5.95. Then I get email I will be charged 29.95 month which I never agreed to. I finally got the dog toy that’s suppose to be indestructible. So it’s got a hole in the back of the body where the speaker is that can just be pulled out. Ordered it to keep my daughter’s pet safe not for the dog to choke on the sqeaker. What a waste. So I will be out by $35 pretty much 20 for the pet and six dollars for the additional fee and the hassle of canceling my whole account with my bank so these people cannot add more additional charges on.

Delay and more delay. I asked for a refund because I have not received my order from, Order 277596. I asked for this refund because the item was supposed to be 2-3 day delivery per the website. However, I was asked to wait 6-8 days for the given decision with our current administration. Fine. However, it has been 10 days (business days) since my order and I am asking for a refund to customer service and my request has not been granted. what is worse, I offered to refuse the item whenever it finally arrives so that they have their product back at their warehouse... or give me a return label for when the item gets here. I want a refund and I do not like writing a negative review but someone needs to reach out to refund me my order and they can keep their product. I no longer want it but I do want my money back.

Fraudulent business practices. I specifically Unchecked the $5.95 optional warranty on a bottle of leather repair and yet they charged me anyway. Poor customer service experience when I called them about it and no reply to my email means I've since reported this to my credit card company.
