The item I ordered was described as long handled and stainless steel. It was plastic with no handle. And it took 2 weeks to arrive. Called to ask if there was a mistake, but all I got was a a promise to send an email with instructions for returning the item and receiving a refund. An email that has yet to arrive.

Definitely a scam-ish business. I ordered a stainless steel weeding tool but received a hard plastic replica. The tool is likely usable but not a metal tool that I thought I was paying for. The price was a little too good to be true. My packaging was a US shipping labeled placed over a foreign shipment label. They are not a “based on US” business (although there is nothing inherently bad about a non-US business). Lesson learned.

We ordered a sun hat for my husband at the end of April. The order was supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. We ordered because the shop says it’s in the U.S. They sent the item from China and it sat in holding. They applied a fee for ‘extended warranty’ even though I declined that item. After 8 days I requested the sun hat and warranty be cancelled. They refunded both. Right after I cancelled we got two fraudulent charges on my credit card. The shop had put me on a ‘membership’ and then someone used my card to buy makeup/beauty supplies. I’ve cancelled my card and reported the fraudulent charges.

DO NOT order from this company. They are NOT in the US. I bought an item and it was damaged when I received it, in addition to being cheap crap. They have now charged me TWICE for charges I did not approve. They will retain your credit card info and charge you for a membership subscription a month later.

Scam - keep trying to charge my card with fake company anmes

I ordered two realistic plastic ferns for $90.00 from the Veniershop which were pictured on their website. Today I received my purchase, 2 plastic fern branches that I could have bought in Walmart for $10.00. I thought M&T declined the order but it went through. Fortunately, M&T closed my Credit Card after this order. Do Not Order from this company as the money is collected by a scam company.

They are a total scam. Claim to be American but product came from China. They make you take insurance on the shipping. They then charge you a couple weeks later for a subscription. They claim they will cancel it and issue a refund. Stay away from them.

Company sent me a fake item. Their website claims it’s coming from North Carolina…it shipped from china. Tried emailing customer service to cancel the item, they never responded Took forever to get here. Tried calling customer service only to have her hang up 3 times. Terrible company. They are a scam and will try to steal your money and make you pay for returning the item they clearly misrepresented.
