Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely disappointing, and the payment system was completely lacking in transparency. One of my top-up transactions failed. Despite several requests, I received neither a complete overview of all incoming and outgoing transactions nor a proper account statement, and the missing amount was not refunded. Instead of properly investigating the issue, I was simply told that I had completed the top-up incorrectly and that I was basically out of luck. This is especially frustrating because a member of staff at the festival confirmed that the same problem had already occurred several times that day. After another top-up, I still had more than €100 remaining on the card at the end of the festival. A later refund of this balance was also refused. I was told that the money could only be used again at next year’s festival. It is completely unacceptable that customers are not given a clear transaction history and are also denied access to their remaining balance. Money is taken, refunds are refused, and all responsibility is shifted onto the customer. This is not what fair, transparent or professional customer service looks like.

Festival is erg tof!
